    For this Falmouth All-Inclusive Royalton White Sands Beach Resort Day Pass with Transfer, you will meet directly at your Falmouth Jamaica Cruise Ship Terminal. All necessary details will be printed on your Electronic Shore Excursion Ticket.

      • We suggest you bring your swimsuit, sun protection, cash for any shopping purchases, tips, etc.
      • Spa services are available at extra cost.
      • The resort is wheelchair accessible.
      • The buffet restaurant and the beach grill are open from 12:30 Noon to 5:00 PM.
      • Please note the bar opens at 12:00 PM, however, there is a lobby bar available since your arrival.
      • If anyone from your group does not show up without the required prior notice, you will need to pay 20% of their balance (directly to the operator as a no-show penalty).
      • The final departure time may depend on the arrival time of other guests booked for the same Falmouth all-inclusive beach resort day pass shore excursion.
      • Towel service is available from 7 AM, although please consider these are first come first serve therefore, we highly suggest bringing yours.
      • In order to check in, a valid ID would be needed for each participant, it will be returned to you when you do the check-out.
      • An assigned rep from our local operator is on-site to assist you at the pick-up. There is no shuttle service; you have one assigned pickup time. If you leave early, please inform your rep or the security guard at the gate (not the front desk) so the driver does not spend extra time looking for you and delaying the other guests on the transport.

    • Even though the resort is child-friendly, children must be supervised at all times.

    Cancellation

    For the Falmouth All-Inclusive Royalton White Sands Beach Resort Day Pass with Transfer, we issue full refund for your deposit or full payment to us if: Canceled by client prior to excursion date with a minimum of 24 hours prior notice by email to reservations@shoreexcursioneer.com.

    For cancellation reasons below, you must contact us via email within 14 days after your excursion:

    • Your ship arrives into port late and you cannot make it in time to the meeting location (we will verify with the tour operator).
    • Your ship skips/misses the port.
    • Weather conditions or equipment failure prevents the operator from running the excursion.
    • A medical problem prevents you from safely participating in the excursion (we will verify with the excursion operator and the guest may send doctor's note). This applies to individuals only and not the remainder of the group.
    • Cancellations/deposit refund requests that do not comply with the above may not be subject to refund.

This resort was GORGEOUS. Had plenty of space, plenty of activities for kids and adults, great staff, amazing Jerk. A little sorry I booked third party because I would have liked to have booked my own transportation and a day pass with a little more control. This was not my first time to Jamaica, so I am not unfamiliar with the port. Only 4 stars because of an hour long wait for the driver. The greeter Joelle, however, was INCREDIBLE and played with my kids. She was lovely.

We enjoyed our excursion to the Royalton White Sands in Falmouth. We went to the meeting area not far from the exit of the port area and were directed to our full-sized motor coach. Once onboard we paid our balance and waited for the remaining participants to arrive. The 10–15-minute ride was uneventful. At check in we completed a couple of forms and turned over our driver’s license to the front-desk staff. We were then free to dead to the pool, beach, etc. We headed to the beach and grabbed a couple of towels along the way. We were initially concerned because all the loungers on the beach were occupied. But a couple under a palapa became free as we approached – great timing. I later saw some staff bringing additional loungers onto the beach. The bar was nearby and happily made the drinks we requested. At about noon drink service on the beach started. The young lady kept us supplied with drinks during our stay. We stayed on the beach, but there is a pool with a swim-up bar and it looked like kid-oriented pool was available on the east side of the property. We saw Hobie-cat sailboats, kayaks, parasailing and other boating activities – probably for an additional fee. Two men were keeping the beach clean and raked all day long. There was some seaweed in the surf and they kept it cleaned off the beach. There were a few people selling items along the beach, but they never were pushy at all. Resort security was present. The resort had some games and contest during the afternoon – mostly for kids, I think. The chicken from the Jerk Shack was tasty, but we were disappointed that no rice & peas or any other sides were available, just festival (a hush puppy-like bread). The facility seemed clean and well maintained. The bathrooms were quite clean. At the appointed time we returned to the lobby, retrieved our ID and boarded the bus back to the port. It was a nice day at the beach.

Absolutely recommend this, the food the drinks, we were doing fitness in the water with a coach I will definitely visit again . Great experience, you wont regret it.

I totally loved this resort; the areas are beautiful and the staff make big efforts to keep it like that. I could enjoy the facilities with plenty of time as the pick was very punctual. The kids club activities are designed with fun activities and employees that know how to do their job; I felt confident to leave my kids while I went for a short snorkel session. Thank you, guys.

Original tour through RCI was cancelled so needed to find an all-inclusive somewhere else. ShoreExcursioneer has a lot of choices, but we picked the Royalton. This property is only about 15 minutes from the port (just across the bay) and has great pools, food and staff. Lots to do and very uncrowded facility - felt like there were more staff than guests. Nice sheltered beach cove, sandy with good visibility for Jamaica. Lots of shady places to sit. Didn't use the kayaks or cat. Enjoyed the jerk chicken and burgers from beach hut. Lots more choices in the buffet (need beach coverup to enter), including large assortment of desserts. Good gelato included. Four big water slides and around 8 small ones in the kids area. Choose to join activities or just relax on beach or around the pools. Transportation from pier and back worked well. Easy to find (the operator). Note that hotel will issue wristbands and keep your ID until you check out. Got back about an hour before sailing.

We've read a lot of comments about this resort and here we found the best price and package; don't really know where to start, the resort is AWESOME. The pool was clear and clean and the beach equally clean and beautiful. Although the food perhaps is not like in a restaurant, there is a variety and the taste is good. It is easy to see this is a well-kept hotel. My kids were in the kid's area and we could enjoy some time as there is staff taking care of the children! I'll be back, for sure.
