    Can I snorkel from shore on this Progreso Scappata Beach Club Day Pass Package?
    Snorkeling is not good in Progreso, the water is very shallow up to 3 feet and this stretches for about 3 miles, hence the cruise pier is 4 miles long.
    Are the Progreso Scappata Beach Club Day Pass Packages canceled if it is raining?
    The Progreso Scappata Beach Club Day Pass Packages can be operated in rain or shine, however, if you wish to cancel please notify the local vendor upon meeting them.
    Do I need to take my passport with me on the Progreso Scappata Beach Club Day Pass Packages to show with my Electronic Shore Excursion Ticket?
    No, it is not necessary to take along your passport unless noted by your cruise line or listed in the Restrictions or Notes tab for the excursion. Your local operator has your booking noted. Please arrive with a printed copy of your eticket or digital copy if applicable.
    Cancellation

    After any food or drink is consumed, the maximum refund is 50%.

    For the Progreso Scappata Beach Club Day Pass Packages,we issue full refund for your deposit or full payment to us if:

    • You want to cancel at any time, for any reason, before or after your arrival. Simply contact us via email reservations@shoreexcursioneer.com within 14 days of your missed excursion date for a deposit refund.
    • Your ship arrives into port late and you cannot make it in time to the meeting location.
    • Your ship misses/skips the port.
    • Weather conditions or equipment failure prevents the operator to run the excursion.
    • A medical problem prevents you from safely participating in the excursion (we will verify with the tour operator or guest may send doctor's note).
    • Cancellations that do not comply with the above may not be subject to refund. Guests must notify us within 14 days after their excursion date via email for requesting a refund of booking payment made to Shore Excursioneer.
    • Refunds may be subject to a service charge fee as determined by the payment processor, please refer to Terms and Conditions for more information.

It was a nice place to go, we paid $115 for me my wife and 7 year old. We got there and got chairs on the beach, got some drinks and food and Here They Come, the Vendors bugging the hell out of you the entire time you're there. You can't even enjoy your time there because it's just constant.

My husband and my family had a wonderful time!! We usually just shop at Progreso so when we took the bus and we’re walking around and we found a 5 minute shuttle to a all inclusive beach i was like go for it!! Everyone was so nice and it was well worth it! Nachos and drinks were delicious! When we go on a cruise to Progreso again we will be coming back!!

This one was very close to the ship! 5 miles away! You can see the ship from where we are. Much less travel time, more time for vacation! The guides, Fernando and Bianca, did a great job guiding us, helping us feel welcome, and answering our questions. The location is beautiful and relaxing. Great for collecting small, gorgeous sea shells! Just be sure they are not occupied before you take them with you! The food was really good, and we especially enjoyed the Pina caladas. The service was on-point, the bathrooms clean, the facilities in good shape. The one draw back was the number of beggars and traveling vendors that came by the beach club perimeter. If we visit here again, we will sit in the fourth row from the rope perimeter. If you sit in the first row, they will stare at you, or come up to you and really push you to buy or donate. One gentleman was playing a guitar, walked onto the club property, and played right in front of us while we were reading (we did not make eye contact or give any indication we wanted his services), and after he was finished, he demanded we pay him for his musical performance. We refused and then packed up our stuff and went to the pool. Look, I get it. People are desperate and hungry. We bought from two of the 18 vendors who came by. Yes, it wasn't just a few vendors throughout the day, it was a lot. We may be Americans, but that doesn't mean we can give money to every single person who comes by. We have a budget and limited cash. I wish the staff would have been a bit more intentional about enforcing their private property, and not allowing a few of the vendors and beggars to harass their guests. Otherwise, I would have given 5 stars, because they earned it in all the other categories and details.

The weather was cold for Progreso so there wasn't much to do. Since we couldn't lay out or go to the beach all there was to do was to sit. The food was ok; nothing exceptional. The staff was friendly and I did get a wonderful massage.

We took the bus from the cruise pier to town and was offered the opportunity to go here for 4 hours. The 6 of us decided to spend time here. Antonio rode the bus with us and insured that all our needs were met. The servers checked on us every 3 to 5 minutes making sure we didn't need anything. Dont just stay on the ship in Progresso, the local economy depends on our support and you wont be disappointed to spend a few hours here.

When we first arrived, we were 3 of the 6 or 7 people actually there, and we thought we had made a mistake booking it! After an hour or so, it started filling up, and we ended up having a blast! Would definitely go back!

Our group of 13 loved this excursion. The club is a little smaller than it looks online but still fabulous. The food was great! They continued to bring us drinks the whole time we were there. Only 1 kayak so you have to take turns but it wasn’t a big deal. We also appreciated that they kept the peddlers on the perimeter so we could relax. We would definitely do this again!!!! Antonio is the bomb!!

Just returned from day in the sun at Silcer. Upon arrival beach was a smaller area than it appears in photos but don’t let that discourage you. Everyone had plenty of room to spread out and have fun. Loved the floating sunning mat anchored just off shore. Plenty of room for multiple couples to share. Andres Chan took such great care of us. Had drinks and food ready without asking. His suggestions on local appetizers were spot on. Aaron met us at port and checked on us throughout the day. Great time and would certainly choose this location again.

We are a group of 5. Sometimes we are a group of 10. We love CARLOS! We ask for him each time! I will continue to Go and share as long as Carlos is there! I have one complaint! Those of us who book silcer DO Not want to hear the sales pitch re: other excursions! Let us off the bus to shop! the staff at SILCER BEACH is truly the Best Ever!!

We had the best day here EVER! In fact it makes me want to return to Progresso. The service was amazing! Food and drinks superb! Order extra shots in your drinks or just order straight shots. These people go above and beyond to make sure you have a great day. Food is great. Best guacamole I've ever eaten in my life! Wish i had the recipe. Be sure and tip this wonderful team of genuine Mexicans. They deserve it. Happy cruising.

We had this beach break on our stop in Progreso and was really great. The beach is clean, the food is great (Yucatan style, spicy though) this was my first time hanging on a hammock (believe me they are safe and comfortable) just a great way to take a nap on the beach. There are shopping opportunities on-site so, not necessary to make a second stop for that. Everything in one place. We have been to the really big beach clubs in Cozumel. This one does not compare in size but the staff, cleanliness and quality of the food and drinks were top notch.

Family and I spent the day here and it was the best excursion on our cruise trip. Great for families, plenty to do, beach was great! Literally could not ask for better service from the staff and Aaron was the best guide and stayed the whole time to ensure everyone was taken care of. Back to the boat in time to do some shopping before boarding again. Food was really good and the servers were on point making sure we had all we wanted to drink, even before we asked. Will definitely book this location if we ever get back there.

I absolutely loved this place . I have been to Progresso many times and this place hands down is the best place I have been while visiting there. It was my 50th birthday and they gave me a small bottle of tequila and a piece of cheesecake and sang me happy birthday !! The staff was very accommodating and the empanadas were awesome !! Cant wait to go here again !!

We booked this excursion in December. Shore Excursioneer was there waiting on us and got us there with no issues. The folks at Silcer Beach Club were awesome and very fun and accommodating. Whatever we asked for, we had within a few minutes. The food and drinks were very good (especially the tequila shots ;) They had plenty of lounge chairs at the beach and tables and seating closer to the club. unfortunately, it ended up pouring down rain so we opted to head back to the ship early. No problem for our Shore Excursioneer driver. He promptly picked us up and took us back to the ship. We would definitely book this excursion again.

Visited there last week while cruising the Carnival Valor. Transportation was great, food good and drinks delicious and always cold. I can't say enough about the fantastic customer service, Mariana especially was absolutely fabulous. If your spending the day at the beach while in Progresso I would highly recommend it.

We booked this excursion after coming to port from a cruise ship. We were not too sure what to expect. This ended up being my favorite port of call on the entire trip. Although the beach area is not huge, it was clean and beautiful. We received the most amazing buffet lunch and all you can handle drinks. The entire staff was very friendly and accommodating. An amazing band played for most of our time there. They supplied paddle boats for us to take out on the water. My husband and son received a beach side massage. The bathrooms were clean and very modern. Again, I can't express enough how much fun we had here. It appeared everyone else on this excursion had a great time also.

I hesitate to post this since we do not want other people to find out about this excursion. It was a great choice!! We just got back from our cruise today. We were traveling on Carnival and booked this at the last minute with Shore Excursioneer. We had been to the beach club the cruise line uses and travel time was so long to get there...this one was only 5 minutes from the meeting point off the pier. So we saved our vacation time relaxing at the beach rather than sitting on a bus for 40 minutes. This was a really nice little beach club! The all you want food was tasty, the open bar drinks strong and good, but the service was outstanding. The waitstaff went out of their way to assist us. The beach was clean but do not expect crashing waves since the water is shallow. You just cannot beat the value with this excursion. Two thumbs up and we will be back.

On board of Carnival Freedom one of our stops was Progreso, we had been there before a couple of years ago and did a Mayan ruin excursion, this time we wanted to try something different and mainly just enjoy the beach. A friend recommended Shore Excursioneer so we checked the website and found this option!! It was exactly what we wanted and the best part is that it is very close from the pier. Our waiter took great care of us, he kept the Margaritas going the whole time... We highly recommend trying this excursion!!
