    Meeting Point

    For the Cozumel Allegro Resort All-Inclusive Beach Day Pass Excursion, you will meet directly at Guest Services of the Allegro Occidental Resort in Cozumel. There are plenty of taxis available at the cruise terminals as well as at the beach club to take you back (approximate taxi cost is USD 18.00 for a cab of 4 people, per taxi). All necessary details will be printed on your Electronic Shore Excursion Ticket.

    • This Allegro Resort Day Pass is valid from 09:00 AM to 05:00 PM.
    • Use of the following facilities, activities, and services.
    • Unlimited meals, snacks, and beverages (3 restaurants, open hours vary).
    • Relaxation and activities pool.
    • Splash Park.
    • Sun chairs and towel service by the pool and beach.
    • Showers and restrooms.
    • Activities program by the pool and beach.
    • Tennis courts.
    • Non-motorized water sports such as kayaking, sailing, and windsurfing.
    • ATM and currency exchange.
    Excursion Notes
      • The bars and breakfast restaurant is open until 10:30 AM.
      • Snack bar/restaurant is available from 12:00 Noon to 5:00 PM.
      • Guests may use those restaurants/bars that are open at the time of their visit.
      • Please note that the bars can only serve alcoholic beverages starting at noon by law but will serve other non-alcoholic drinks during regular hours.
      • Motorized water sports are available at extra cost.
      • FREE day pass for infants under 2 years old!
      • An ATM and currency exchange booth is available on-site.
      • Parasailing is available from the Allegro Resort, please see the booking options for Parasailing.
      • Please note that you cannot book this excursion last minute unless you have access to a printer. The front desk requires a paper copy of your e-ticket.
      • All guests MUST bring a copy of their passport or an ID at the moment of the Day Pass check-in.

    What are the times in which this day pass is valid?
    You may enjoy your day pass from 09:00 AM to 05:00 PM. Note the operating times of the restaurants vary. Topaz 6-10:30 AM, Snack Bar 12-5:00 PM, Pool Bar 10-5:00 PM, Wet Bar 10-5:00 PM, Beach Bar 10-5:00 PM (hours subject to change). Please note that the bars can only serve alcoholic beverages starting at noon by law but will serve other non-alcoholic drinks during regular hours.
    How far is the resort from the cruise terminal?
    The taxi ride is approximately 20 minutes. Taxis can be found outside your cruise terminal (approximate taxi cost is USD 18.00 for a cab of 4 people, per taxi).
    Do I need to take my passport with me on the Cozumel Allegro Beach Resort All Inclusive Day Pass to show with my Electronic Shore Excursion Ticket?
    No, it is not necessary to take along your passport unless noted by your cruise line or listed in the Restrictions or Notes tab for the excursion. Your local operator has your booking noted. Please arrive with a printed copy of your eticket or digital copy if applicable.
    Cancellation

    For the Cozumel Allegro Beach Resort All Inclusive Day Pass,we issue full refund for your deposit or full payment to us if:

    • You want to cancel at any time, for any reason, before or after your arrival. Simply contact us via email reservations@shoreexcursioneer.com within 14 days of your missed excursion date for a deposit refund.
    • Your ship arrives into port late and you cannot make it in time to the meeting location.
    • Your ship misses/skips the port.
    • Weather conditions or equipment failure prevents the operator to run the excursion.
    • A medical problem prevents you from safely participating in the excursion (we will verify with the tour operator or guest may send doctor's note).
    • Cancellations that do not comply with the above may not be subject to refund. Guests must notify us within 14 days after their excursion date via email for requesting a refund of booking payment made to Shore Excursioneer.
    • Refunds may be subject to a service charge fee as determined by the payment processor, please refer to Terms and Conditions for more information.

This was a beautiful resort. Multiple pools, areas for kids. We really enjoyed the food. The had options for kids, burgers nachos etc but on the other side was a much larger variety of foods. We tried octopus and different fish and seafood dishes. It wasn’t too crowded and easy to find shade or sun. Definitely would go again

The resort is approximately 15 minutes from the port. Cabs run $18 each way. The resort is well maintained and clean. The pools are nice but very cold. The staff is very friendly. The disappointment is the beach and pool. The beach is somewhat rocky. The food is not good, the buffet has few options and a large portion consists of hot dogs, fried and burgers. Nachos were stale and the cheese was watered down. There are so many options for day passes in Cozumel, I would recommend another resort.

Nice and pretty area to spend a few hours off the cruise ship. There were 3 in my group. We had trouble finding available beach chairs. We never did and my mom and I ended up just wading in the water and never got to lounge in a beach chair as they were all taken. We also wished they would serve more authentic Mexican food at the buffet.

Just returning from our cruise and we picked this resort for family time. Definitely we made a perfect choice. Our kids really loved this place and had fun. The beach was incredible clean, white and sandy beach, the water is so clear that you can even see the fishes. We were pampered with drinks all day and had a Mexican buffet lunch, children's favorite food was also available. (hamburgers, pizzas, hot dogs, etc) The hotel staff was very friendly and polite.

We looked at several other all inclusive day tours and despite some negative reviews chose this one. The food was good, drinks were not watered down. The only thing negative I have to say is that they did not have enough snorkeling gear to go around. My family got to kayak in the sea, swim in the crystal clear waters.

Took a cab over, very easy about 15 min away from Punta Lagosta. No problems checking in, had to pay in exact change since we were using cash. The all inclusive was nice, drinks weren’t watered down, beach and water beautiful, not crowded, great for kids and adults. We had all ages ranging from 1-70’s in our group and all had a great time. Food was more Americanized, I was hoping for chips and guacamole but they had hamburgers, hot dogs, French fries, quite a few seafood selections. All in all I would recommend and return again.

Our family of 8 spent the day at Allegro during our stop in Cozumel. We would highly recommend this resort! We arrived early and the front desk was willing to accommodate us. We were able to use the kayaks, play volleyball, dance Zumba and enjoy the beautiful beach and pool. Aaron provided amazing drink service while we lounged in the comfortable beach chairs. The resort is a short cab ride away. For three it was $18 each way. Check in was slow and there was confusion as they hotel said the credit card machine was broke and they needed cash. After pushing back they restarted the machine and it worked. We went to breakfast 1st. The food was ok, nothing special. The dining area is open air and it was extremely hot inside. We then went to the pool and beach area which was gorgeous. The beach is spotless and the water crystal clear. The pools are large and clean but they do need some TLC as the age is showing on them along the stairs and ledges and swim up bar. We did go to the lunch buffet also served in an open air building. It did have fans so it was not as hot as breakfast. The food for lunch was a let down, burgers hot dogs etc. Bar was great , fast and cold beverages. All in all the resort is beautiful. We have also gone to the occidental grand and did enjoy that one a little more. had to pick one I would go back to Occidental, but really you cant go wrong either way.

This resort is gorgeous. It was very clean and not crowded. My friends and I had an amazing time. I will definitely go back when I revisit Cozumel/Puerta Maya. The buffet wasn't to my liking but I am a picky eater. The drinks were delicious and the staff we very friendly and entertaining
