    • Your ship arrives into port late and you cannot make it in time to the meeting location (we will verify with the tour operator).
    • Your ship skips/misses the port.
    • Weather conditions or equipment failure prevents the operator from running the excursion.
    • A medical problem prevents you from safely participating in the excursion (we will verify with the excursion operator and the guest may send doctor's note). This applies to individuals only and not the remainder of the group.
    • Cancellations/deposit refund requests that do not comply with the above may not be subject to refund.
    • Refunds may be subject to a service charge fee as determined by the payment processor, please refer to Terms and Conditions for more information.

Beautiful Scenery, Did not enjoy the multi-language narration Ohio

We opted for a small group of up to 16 people. The minivan was fine, but the tour was conducted in three languages. When we signed up for the tour it listed only English. The problem with having the tour in multiple languages is that when the guide is giving information in a language that is not theirs people tend to talk among themselves, creating noise that makes it difficult for others to hear the narration. After we returned from our tour I submitted a complaint to ShoreExcursioneer. They seemed to think their description of the tour was accurate, however they did change the website to now include Italian as a language on the tour. (Isn't that an acknowledgement that it was NOT accurate?) And what about the Spanish narration on our tour? It was very distracting having multiple languages. On the plus side, the scenery is beautiful. Be prepared for lots of curves on the roads. They offered a short boat ride for an additional fee during the tour. It was well worth it.

First of all, do not book anything on your ship. These are the same excursions and often with the same companies! The ship charges so much more though. DO NOT worry about missing the ship, these folks are professionals and know what they are doing. You will be back in plenty of time. We have booked over 30+ excursions independently and will never book with the cruiseline again. Shore Excursioneer live chat suggested this option when we were looking something new to do on our stop in Naples. This gave us all and more!

I fell in love with Italy through movies and I chose this excursion to visit Positano and to take in that charming Italian countryside views I see in my favorite movies. The excursion was very personal with amazing stops along the way and our professional and outstanding guide Andrea, he truly made this experience memorable. Lunch was amazing not only the flavor but enjoying the view on a hill restaurant overlooking the coast. Everything was perfect and more than I expected

I really enjoyed this excursion that allowed our small group to explore with a professional guide but also gave us free time to explore for ourselves. The ride through the coast was relaxing aboard air-conditioned transportation and Francesco as our guide. We even had time for a small detour to try some local lemon liqueur. Luch was great. Almost all day traveling, different photo stops, charming towns, it was a wonderful full day experience and highly recommend Francesco and Shore Excursioneer.
