    Excursion Notes
      • We recommend you wear sensible clothes and closed shoes that you do not mind getting wet. No skirts, dresses, or flip-flops.
      • The transportation is either a van or a bus. Some vehicles are enclosed with air conditioning and some are covered open-air style depending on the Puerto Vallarta shore excursion group size.
      • Bring along sun protection, bug repellent, and USD cash for transportation, balance payment, lunch, souvenirs, tips, etc.
      • Please pay attention to the restrictions and requirements for this Puerto Vallarta Jorullo Longest Suspension Bridge and Waterfall ATV Excursion Adventure. No refund will be granted if the requirements are not met.

    • Maximum weight for single rider ATV is 242lbs (110Kg) / double rider ATV is 484lbs (220Kg).
    • Guests under 18 years old must be accompanied by a parent participating in the excursion.
    • For safety reasons, cameras are not allowed during the route.
    • This excursion is not allowed for pregnant women or guests with mobility issues.

    For the Puerto Vallarta Jorullo Longest Suspension Bridge and Waterfall ATV Excursion Adventure, we issue full refund for your deposit or full payment to us if: Canceled by client prior to excursion date with a minimum of 48 hours prior notice by email to reservations@shoreexcursioneer.com.

    For cancellation reasons below, you must contact us via email within 14 days after your excursion:

    • Your ship arrives into port late and you cannot make it in time to the meeting location (we will verify with the tour operator).
    • Your ship skips/misses the port.
    • Weather conditions or equipment failure prevents the operator from running the excursion.
    • A medical problem prevents you from safely participating in the excursion (we will verify with the excursion operator and the guest may send doctor's note). This applies to individuals only and not the remainder of the group.
    • Cancellations/deposit refund requests that do not comply with the above may not be subject to refund.
    • Refunds may be subject to a service charge fee as determined by the payment processor, please refer to Terms and Conditions for more information.

You have to do this excursion. The staff was accommodating and professional. This was hands down the best experience I've had. The tequila samples, the bridge, the waterfall, everything was excellent.

I had an amazing time the bridge which was very frightening yet exciting all at the same time. The ATV was easy to drive and the whole trip was very well planned. The waterfall refreshing and an amazing way to end the tour. I would 100 % recommend this to anyone looking for something fun to do in Puerto Vallarta.

The jorullo bridge is the longest suspension bridge in the world so you know you are in for an adventure! We had so much fun driving on the mountainous landscape admiring the scenery. Get ready to get messy but its part of the fun. Everyone was so friendly and having a great time. We were beat at the end and the delicious nachos were the best way to top it off!
