Quiet and secluded, Blue Kay Eco Resort is located away from the hustle and bustle of downtown Mahahual. This boutique eco-resort has a sandy beach, which will be yours to enjoy for the day. Set up under the shade on one of the 100+ beach chairs choose a hammock to sway in the ocean breeze or just settle in under a palm tree. Enjoy four hours of the open domestic bar. On-site there is an excellent restaurant with a wide choice of options. Should you feel adventurous there are also water activities available for rent.
Upon docking in Costa Maya, you will catch a taxi to ride ten minutes south of the cruise ship pier. Meet your guide just outside of Blue Kay Eco Resort. Your guide will assist you with checking in and show you the facilities. Choose where you want to relax and order your first drink. Traveling with under-aged children...soft drinks and water are also included! Sit back and relax or rent one of the water activities for an ocean adventure. All watersports must be booked and paid for with independent operators on the beach. There are also tables with chairs located on the beach for your use as well. All chairs and loungers are first come, first serve.
Take a dip in the warm Mexican Caribbean waters. Once you have worked up an appetite you may choose to purchase a snack or meal from a restaurant that serves up fresh options. When your 4 hours of open bar time is over you may choose to stay and continue to relax on your own, purchase more drinks and food, or simply ask the resort to call a taxi to return to the cruise ship, or downtown to do some shopping on your own. Food is available to purchase, the items you can expect to get are Lobster, Fish, Rib Eye, Ceviche, and Shrimp in different presentations, hamburgers, and Nachos as well.
For the Open Bar with one Dish, you can choose one of the following options, one order of natural nachos with chicken, two chicken tacos, two quesadillas, or a tostada with ceviche.

The best Mexican beer (Corona), any cocktail prepared with Tequila, Rum, or Vodka (mixed drinks or those such as margaritas, Pina Coladas, tequila sunrise, etc.), bottled water, and soft drinks. Please note whiskey and imported and top-shelf liquors/wines are not included. Chips and Salsa.
