    For this Cozumel Discover Scuba Diving from Shore Cruise Excursion, you will meet just a short distance from your pier. All details will be printed on your Electronic Shore Excursion Ticket.

    We offer a Cozumel Beach and Unlimited Shore Snorkeling Excursion at the same site and at the same time. Or guests are more than welcome to come along and just stay on the beach (snacks and beverages are available for purchase, and restrooms are on-site).
    How deep will I dive?
    The maximum depth you will go is only about 25ft. 
    Do I need to take my passport with me on the Cozumel Discover Beginner Scuba Diving Excursion from Shore to show with my Electronic Shore Excursion Ticket?
    No, it is not necessary to take along your passport unless noted by your cruise line or listed in the Restrictions or Notes tab for the excursion. Your local operator has your booking noted. Please arrive with a printed copy of your eticket or digital copy if applicable.
    Cancellation

    For the Cozumel Discover Beginner Scuba Diving Excursion from Shore, we issue full refund for your deposit or full payment to us if: Canceled by client prior to excursion date with a minimum of 24 hours prior notice by email to reservations@shoreexcursioneer.com.

    For cancellation reasons below, you must contact us via email within 14 days after your excursion:

    • Your ship arrives into port late and you cannot make it in time to the meeting location (we will verify with the tour operator).
    • Your ship skips/misses the port.
    • Weather conditions or equipment failure prevents the operator from running the excursion.
    • A medical problem prevents you from safely participating in the excursion (we will verify with the excursion operator and the guest may send doctor's note). This applies to individuals only and not the remainder of the group.
    • Cancellations/deposit refund requests that do not comply with the above may not be subject to refund.
    • Refunds may be subject to a service charge fee as determined by the payment processor, please refer to Terms and Conditions for more information.

The diving experience was amazing, the instructor Pancho was so professional and made me feel safe. The reef was very close to shore and I saw a wide variety of fish and coral. I thought I was going to be scared. This was an incredible first time and much more easy than I imagined. I was too excited seeing all of the cool things underwater and amazed to be nervous!

My husband was previously certified years ago but our 14 year old son had never scuba'd before. Sergio was their guide for this dive and my son was in awe of the experience and my husband said Sergio was very attentive, patient and fun with our son. They saw an octopus, an eel, barracudas and various other sea life. My husband, who has scuba'd before, said it was one of the best dives he has done and now my son wants to become certified. Great tour!!!

We did this excursion in August, and I would love to do it again! It was our first time scuba diving, and our dive master (female) was very knowledgeable, helpful, and fun! I would recommend this to anyone. Yes, there is some physical activity involved, but I have a hurt knee, and I was able to participate fully! If you have always wanted to try, go for it! You will not be sorry! LOVED!!

My boyfriend and I did this on our last cruise. The meeting point was real close by where our ship come in so we just walked. The people at the place were friendly and helpful. Our guide spoke very good english so there was no problem understanding what he was telling us. We got our instructions on the beach and then went in the water with the guide. We swam along the coral reef and went down about 25 feet. Diving is just awesome. The time underwater went by so fast though. I definitely want to get my diving card now.

This was the best time I think I have ever had on vacation. The company employees were outstanding and all spoke very clear English. I enjoyed the whole experience and got to see a lot of fish and coral. I would love to come back to Cozumel someday and get my real SCUBA certification. I am hooked!

This was so much fun. We both were a little bit scared but got up the courage and did it on our last cruise to Cozumel. No regrets at all. The staff was so kind and knowledgeable. I think I enjoyed it more than my husband and really want to get my SCUBA certification now.
