    For the Roatan Zipline Park, Monkey/Sloth Sanctuary, Reef Snorkel, and Beach Excursion Combo,we issue full refund for your deposit or full payment to us if:

    • You want to cancel at any time, for any reason, before or after your arrival. Simply contact us via email reservations@shoreexcursioneer.com within 14 days of your missed excursion date for a deposit refund.
    • Your ship arrives into port late and you cannot make it in time to the meeting location.
    • Your ship misses/skips the port.
    • Weather conditions or equipment failure prevents the operator to run the excursion.
    • A medical problem prevents you from safely participating in the excursion (we will verify with the tour operator or guest may send doctor's note).
    • Cancellations that do not comply with the above may not be subject to refund. Guests must notify us within 14 days after their excursion date via email for requesting a refund of booking payment made to Shore Excursioneer.

This was by far the best experience we had on our vacation. This activity included so much that we really felt we got the best of Honduras. Our tour guide Kisha was very friendly and knowledgeable. Her English was excellent, and her driving was also excellent. We felt very safe with her. She also provided much flexibility and other options if there was an excursion we wanted to skip or substitute to better fit our schedule and needs. All the staff at the zipline and farm were informative, knowledgeable, and friendly with great English and Spanish. Our reef snorkeling guide Preston was awesome. He was very friendly, helpful, and we felt safe with him in the water, as it was our very first-time snorkeling. The beach excursion at the end had delicious food from a restaurant you could buy, trust me by then you’ve had worked up an appetite. Overall great team and great communication as they all worked together to keep us on schedule and plenty of time to enjoy the activities. Thank you, Roatan Adventure team!

We were met by Keisha, our guide for the day, who was SO helpful and full of information about the island! We had ages 6-71 in our group, and she was accommodating to everyone! She was very helpful with my mom and made her comfortable wherever we went! Her driving was great and didn’t scare us lol. We zip lined, held a sloth, played with monkeys and macaws, and had the BEST guides to snorkel with!! The reef was amazing, and Justin, Preston, and Norman went out of their way to make sure we all enjoyed our time and to teach us about the reef and fish we encountered. Do NOT hesitate to book this excursion!!! Meeting was a little difficult as we were not told we needed to go a little ways from port to meet, but it worked out. We were also a little disappointed with the lunch option. It wasn’t bad food, and you should definitely try the dirty monkey drink, but we were hoping for more authentic food. overall, I’d do it again in a heartbeat!!!

We did this excursion in August 2022 with our 11-year-old. We were paired with another family of three. Walk from port to van pick up wasn't bad. We had a friendly driver who shared about the island. Zip lining: the ride in the back of a truck to the top to start zip lining was a little crazy, but the zip lining was awesome! This was our first time so a little nervous at first, but it was amazing. We purchased a zip drive of pictures the company snapped and most of the pictures were really good. I think it was around $35. We then visited the sloth and monkeys before going to an iguana farm. All good experiences and interactions with the animals were cool. We took a short boat ride to snorkeling. The guides were helpful, and our experience was fantastic. We then spent some time at Little French Key. This was probably the best excursion we have done on our many cruise stops. The zip lining/snorkel combo was perfect.

We LOVED this excursion and the value was incredible! Every single part of it was excellent. Rex picked us up just outside the main port area, and we went straight to the ziplines. It was POURING, so we waited for a few minutes for it to settle down. While we waited Rex told us all about the area. The ziplines were INCREDIBLE. Every single person helping us was great. We had five or six guides - Superman and the others were all amazing . They were funny and helpful. They were also great in helping a couple of the scared kids in our group feel more comfortable - even letting one of them take the first zipline tandem with his dad (after that he did them all by himself and he was so happy). We did around 24 ziplines! The photos they took of us were really good, and a great value (unlike so many other places who take your photo and then fleece you with extortionate prices). They were so reasonable, we bought all of them. They got great shots of each of us. Then over to the sloths and monkeys, which we all loved. We really liked the chocolate factory and tasting all the delicious Honduran chocolate. Then we went snorkeling which was seriously amazing. We saw so many fish and Preston and Norman were excellent, making sure to point out different fish, lobsters, etc. as we snorkeled along. They were able to keep our big group of 12 together, tell us all about the reef and the fish we saw, and they let us spend as much time in the water snorkeling as we wanted. Willy was our boat captain and he was excellent as well. We then had the option to go to the beach, but elected to head back to our ship (we had some worriers in our group and we were running a little behind due to the earlier rain). We were back in plenty of time. Everyone in our group spent the rest of the week talking about what an amazing time we all had in Roatan. I cannot recommend this excursion highly enough. We had 12 people in our group ranging in age from 7 - 57 and we all loved it. Don't hesitate - just book it! You will be so happy you did.

This has to be the best excursion I have ever had, from the moment we were met to the time we were dropped off it was absolutely wonderful. I know that if I ever go back to Roatan I would be booking again. Zip line was just me and my husband and the 2 guides... they were so much fun and for being afraid of heights, they made me feel comfortable. Our snorkeling guides were awesome but best was our guide... she made us feel important, she took us to each stop and waited for us.

We did this excursion in August 2022. We followed the provided instructions to easily find our driver not too far from the port. Norma took our party of 3 and another party of 3 to zipline. We had an awesome experience and the 3 guides were fun. We then went next door to the monkey and sloth experience. We had extra time before we could go snorkeling so Norma took us to an iguana farm. Also enjoyable. Then we went out on a boat with a few guides to snorkel. It was amazing! We were then dropped off at the Little French Key for some beach time. It was nice. We had an really great time and would do this again!

Our family of 5 loves this excursion by ROA (Roatan Ocean Adventures). Purchasing through Shoreexcursioneer.com was very user friendly, transaction and details are great. We got off ship and head outside up and down the hills for outside vendors. There was Keisha with ROA waiting for us. Our family of 5 got into a sedan 4 door and head straight to zip line area. The scenery was perfect, the 3 gentlemen that assist us through the zip line journey is the best, great time, many zip lines. They are full of energy and very thorough. After that we walk right over to hug the sloth and see the monkeys. All done we head to a cafe for chocolate tasting in a small market. After we head to do our snorkeling, it was great, the reefs are beautiful and see many lobsters, squids and fishes. After snorkeling we were drop off to relax at Little French Key, an hour. LFK was beautiful. All done, the team pick us up on scheduled time and Keisha drove us back right at port entrance. I highly recommend this excursion for families. Full of adventures and very private tour. Bring changes to thank you the zip line, monkey and slothes, snorkeling, wait staff at LFK and Keisha!! Thank you ROA for great memories. We will see you soon!!

This excursion was jammed packed with activities. We were met with the kindest driver, Norma. Norma was our private driver for the day and was so informative on her country. We learned so much from her and enjoyed her company. The Zip Lining was so incredible! It was so liberating and the workers made it so much fun. After, we were escorted to the animals who were so lovely and gentle. The most precious gifts this world has to offer. After we were driven to the chocolate factory, we’re we sampled great chocolate. The hot sauce there is great! Then we were escorted to snorkeling and experiencing the most beautiful coral reef. It was so amazing and incredibly beautiful. It’s an experience I will never forget. Roatan is so beautiful and my most favorite place I experienced. You needed to book this excursion yesterday!

I can't say enough good things about this excursion. I was hesitant booking an excursion outside of our cruise line, but from the moment Keisha picked us up at the port I felt completely comfortable with my decision. She is very knowledgeable about Roatan! With every stop that we made she was right there making sure that we were taken care of. She made sure that nothing was lost in translation at our different stops throughout the day. My absolute favorite thing about the day was that even with all of the activities that we did and the sights that we saw, we never felt rushed. Keisha made sure that our adventure was tailored to us while keeping us on track. One thing that my husband and I greatly appreciated was that when our 2 kids starting talking about being hungry and even though it wasn't listed in the excursion description, Keisha brought us to one of her favorite local places to get some lunch. Happy kids=Happy parents! I can't forget to mention Preston, Norman, and Garrett. They were our crew for snorkeling and they did an amazing job! It was all of our first time snorkeling and since the water was a little rougher than usual, they accommodated us by taking us to a more calm location. I have to mention here that if you have younger children that you want to bring along snorkeling, please do not second guess going with this excursion. While snorkeling, we had Preston guiding our snorkel adventure along with Norman following us around as a lifeguard making sure that everyone was safe and sound the whole time. I could continue to go on about how amazing our day was, but I hope that everyone gets to experience Roatan just as we did with the Roatan Best Excursion!

Zip lined then was able to hold and interact with all types of animals. Then snorkeled with the turtle man with an amazing knowledge of the animals within the sea. Saw so many different fish, coral reefs, conchs, etc. Amazing time! Had an amazing time ♡

We LOVED this excursion!! We honestly were a little worried at first because the excursion looked too good to be true. But it really was everything it promised and more! A couple highlights: -our group was only 4 tourists large which was just our party. It was so nice to have our small group because we didn’t have to wait for a large group to get through zip lines or anything else like we have experienced at excursions at other zip lines in the past. -our driver Kisha! She was wonderful. We had a very smooth ride and she was so knowledgeable about the island. We felt we learned a lot about Roatan and we had a very safe experience. And that is so important because all the other Honduran drivers seemed to drive crazy but Kisha drove super well. -we were able to do so many things! This is definitely a full day excursion, but what was nice is that your driver lets you personalize where you want to spend the most time based on your own schedule. But overall we did love how many things we were able to do and have such a personalized experience. -the cost! We were so happy with the excursion price and what we got out of it. We got way more for our dollar with this excursion compared to any cruise excursion we found. -our favorite part was probably the zip lines. Guides were awesome and there were so many lines to zip across! -we also loved the chocolate factory (free samples!) and the snorkeling were runner up favorites from the trip! A few notes from our experience -this was a very full day. I would plan on this excursion being your full day in Roatan because you won’t have much time for anything else -make sure to have lots of cash on hand! The excursion takes you to a lot of different groups that you should tip individually (zip line guides, snorkeling guides, animal park guide, and your driver). So make sure you have enough cash on hand to give a good tip because they do a wonderful job! Overall would highly recommend!
