Once your ship has docked in St.Kitts you will meet your guide just short walk away. After checking in, the guide will lead you and your small group directly to your power catamaran, no need to be transported to another pier. The catamaran can hold up to 16 guests comfortably so no large crowds, no cramped spaces. The captain will welcome you on board and you can get settled. Then the fun begins as the captain starts the outboard motors and cruises to a secluded bay for snorkeling. In route and while on board, you will be able to enjoy bottled water and juice. With 2 hulls, this boat will provide smooth cruising through the water.
Once at your snorkel spot, your friendly guide will provide instructions and handle your snorkel gear, and then assist you into the water. Follow your guide as they lead you snorkeling over large coral encrusted boulders and amaze at the sponges, fan coral, and varieties of tropical fish that make this bay their home. Please note that guests will not be able to touch the bottom and snorkeling is from the boat. Guests do not need snorkeling experience but must be able to swim and be comfortable in the water.
After your hour of snorkeling, you'll be assisted back on the boat and have a 15-minute cruise to famous Cockleshell Beach. Arriving at Cockleshell, your hour beach break includes a complimentary beach chair. Swim, sunbathe or purchase a cold beverage while you relax on this beautiful beach. Get your feet wet or take a stroll along the beach. Enjoy this piece of tropical paradise. Food and beverages are available at an extra cost directly at the beach.
At the end of your beach break, you will board an Open Safari Bus for a scenic 11 miles (17 km) drive back to your St. Kitts cruise pier. But wait! Don't forget your camera to capture some breathtaking photos along the coast and a 20 minute stop at the famous Timothy Hill. This famous outlook is where you can see the Atlantic Ocean, the Caribbean Sea, Friar's and Frigate Bays, Nevis, and the hilly peninsula itself all from one 360° spot. Beautiful! The safari bus will drop you off at your St. Kitts cruise ship pier.
