    For the Bonaire Cave Exploration Excursion, you will meet your local shore excursion guide right outside your cruise ship's terminal in Kralendijk Bonaire. All necessary details will be printed on your Electronic Shore Excursion Ticket.

    Excursion Notes
      • We recommend you wear comfortable clothes and closed shoes, preferably use some pants/jeans you don't mind getting dirty and bring a hat/cap. Activewear is recommended
      • If you are planning to swim in the cave, we recommend you wear swimwear.
      • Bring a change of clothes, a camera, and cash to pay the balance, tips, etc.
      • We recommend bringing additional bottled water and snacks.
      • The maximum number of people is 14 guests.
    Excursion Restrictions
    • Guests must be in good physical condition, some spaces are very narrow and you might have to crawl.
    • Please be advised that the caves are naturally hot and humid, and the air in some sections can be dense.
    • Larger, overweight guests may not participate due to the size of the cave openings. For any questions, please contact us.
    • Underage participants must be with an adult.
    • This Bonaire Guided Cave Exploration Excursion is not suitable for guests in wheelchairs or anyone with mobility issues or those with knee problems.

    Cancellation

    For the Bonaire Guided Cave Exploration Excursion, we issue full refund for your deposit or full payment to us if: Canceled by client prior to excursion date with a minimum of 24 hours prior notice by email to reservations@shoreexcursioneer.com.

    For cancellation reasons below, you must contact us via email within 14 days after your excursion:

    • Your ship arrives into port late and you cannot make it in time to the meeting location (we will verify with the tour operator).
    • Your ship skips/misses the port.
    • Weather conditions or equipment failure prevents the operator from running the excursion.
    • A medical problem prevents you from safely participating in the excursion (we will verify with the excursion operator and the guest may send doctor's note). This applies to individuals only and not the remainder of the group.
    • Cancellations/deposit refund requests that do not comply with the above may not be subject to refund.
    • Refunds may be subject to a service charge fee as determined by the payment processor, please refer to Terms and Conditions for more information.

We are so glad we decided on something different, because this tour was such an unexpected delight. The caves are truly as much a treasure as the diving in Bonaire.
