      • Total biking distance is 3 miles (4.82km).
    Excursion Restrictions
    • Guests must know how to ride a bike although the pace is slow.
    • Each person must ride their own bike. There are no tandem bikes or extension trailers.
    • Although this bike excursion is not strenuous, guests should be in good health. Not suitable for expectant mothers and guests with recent surgeries.

    No, this is a very slow paced, sightseeing excursion through the city.
    Is the Mazatlan Bike Excursion canceled if it is raining?
    The excursion can be operated in rain or shine, however, it is the local operator who decides if the excursion is canceled due to safety reasons. It is always best to check ahead if you have any questions. There is a contact number, on your ticket.
    Will there be restrooms?
    You can use the facilities at the local operator office, before and after the excursion.
     How long is the actual biking?
     Approximately 6 km. The total biking time it’s 1 hour and 30 minutes.
    Do I need to take my passport with me on the Mazatlan City Bike Excursion to show with my Electronic Shore Excursion Ticket?
    No, it is not necessary to take along your passport unless noted by your cruise line or listed in the Restrictions or Notes tab for the excursion. Your local operator has your booking noted. Please arrive with a printed copy of your eticket or digital copy if applicable.
    Cancellation

    For the Mazatlan City Bike Excursion ,we issue full refund for your deposit or full payment to us if:

    • You want to cancel at any time, for any reason, before or after your arrival. Simply contact us via email reservations@shoreexcursioneer.com within 14 days of your missed excursion date for a deposit refund.
    • Your ship arrives into port late and you cannot make it in time to the meeting location.
    • Your ship misses/skips the port.
    • Weather conditions or equipment failure prevents the operator to run the excursion.
    • A medical problem prevents you from safely participating in the excursion (we will verify with the tour operator or guest may send doctor's note).
    • Cancellations that do not comply with the above may not be subject to refund. Guests must notify us within 14 days after their excursion date via email for requesting a refund of booking payment made to Shore Excursioneer.

I highly recommend this tour to everybody. It's a great tour, you get to know the city at a slow pace and in a small group. The guide was fabulous! He gave us info about the area and sights

This was incredible! We really had a great time doing this tour, the bikes were top-notch, the guide was knowledgable and he also answered all our question. I think the place we stopped for the photoshoots were amazing! I do recommend this tour.

This was such a fantastic and fun way to see the city! Our guide did an excellent job and he even let us choose the bike we wanted to use. We loved that the group was small so we never felt like we were going too fast or slow. We saw many beautiful places in town and felt safe during the whole route.

This tour was amazing, getting to know Mazatlan while riding a bike was a great experience. We loved that the group was small, there were only 6 people and our guide was wonderful and knowledgable. We stop at several highlights to take some pics and we even got to know some parts of the city that a bit out of the way and were free from ship people.
