    • Guests must be able to walk on paved, gravel and cobblestone surfaces, some on inclines at most stops.
    • There are steps required to enter several of the sites as well as steep curbs in some areas.
    • Seating on the bus is on a first come basis.
    • Excursion tickets are only valid on City Sightseeing buses. Unused tickets or tickets presented to another operator are non-refundable.
    • As there is no specific end time the excursion, it is the guest's responsibility to know their ships scheduled departure time and plan their day to be back on board at the appointed time.

Good tour. Buses went to lots of nice places. Plenty of time to see everything. I was amazed at the way the homes are built into the side of the cliffs. And the narrow streets made for an interesting tour. It started raining (not Shore Excursioneer fault) so decided not to get off at any of the stops but still enjoyed our time on this tour.

Very good price and fun option in Funchal. I think this is already a classic way to see and learn about the history of a town or city. Stop 11 on the red route is a must, it gives you a fantastic view of Funchal and the mountains behind it.

We were two days in Funchal. On the first day, my fiance and I took the HO/HO bus tour. It was a great tour and takes you around to the important sights and highlights around the city. I feel this was a good experience and good value for my money!

It was the perfect excursion for us, especially because we do not like being rushed and with lots of people, they offered audio system in many languages so we had no trouble with this - I listened in English and my husband preferred the audio in Spanish. We visited many nice places that I would never imagine I could see in Portugal.
