    • Seating on the bus is on a first come basis.
    • As there is no specific end time the excursion, it is the guest's responsibility to know their ships scheduled departure time and plan their day to be back on board at the appointed time (if this applies).
    • The buses are not able to accommodate luggage, strollers or wheelchairs.
    • On some of the optional stops, guests may have to walk on paved, gravel and cobblestone surfaces.
    • There are steps required to enter several of the sites as well as steep curbs in some areas.

    Cancellation

    For the Vancouver City Sightseeing Hop On Hop Off Bus Excursion,we issue full refund for your deposit or full payment to us if:

    • You want to cancel at any time, for any reason, before or after your arrival. Simply contact us via email reservations@shoreexcursioneer.com within 14 days of your missed excursion date for a deposit refund.
    • Your ship arrives into port late and you cannot make it in time to the meeting location.
    • Your ship misses/skips the port.
    • Weather conditions or equipment failure prevents the operator to run the excursion.
    • A medical problem prevents you from safely participating in the excursion (we will verify with the tour operator or guest may send doctor's note).
    • Cancellations that do not comply with the above may not be subject to refund. Guests must notify us within 14 days after their excursion date via email for requesting a refund of booking payment made to Shore Excursioneer.
    • Refunds may be subject to a service charge fee as determined by the payment processor, please refer to Terms and Conditions for more information.

This hop on hop off tour exceeded our expectations. It was a good way to get to see most parts of the city. I'd love to go back and do the two circuits. We started later in the day so we were not able to finish both.

Great way to see the city at your own pace and for a good price. It's just difficult to see everything in one day so this includes stops at must see places. I liked visiting the totem poles at Stanley Park. I was only in town one day for a cruise and went for the park route and was happy with my choice. I 'll be happy to do this again if I return.

did this for 2 days and so glad we did! both routes offer so much to do and see which is why we decided 2days to fully explore and take in every view from this amazing city. Both routes were interesting but we agrred that the Park Route had more options and places. Robson Shopping District had so may shops, cafes!This is where we stopped for lunch and enjoyed a delicious meal. Afterwards we enjoyed a brief photo stop at the English Bay Beach to enjoy the view and let our food rest to contine with the other stops. To end this amazing day at our last stop, Maple Tree Square , we found a local candy store and it was great to see that most of the businesses here are small and locally owned. The hop on hop off buses could not have been a better option! Easy to follow instructions, stops, and the buses conviniently run every 20-30 minutes.
