      • We suggest you wear comfortable clothing and sports sandals or sturdy walking shoes that can get wet.
      • The park rents water shoes for $2.00 USD on a first-come, first-serve basis.
      • Lockers are available for rent at the Zipline park (depending on the size of the locker, the cost is $4.00 or $5.00 USD per locker).
      • Bring sun protection, a camera, cash for balance payment, tips, shopping, etc.
      • Please note that depending on the group size is the type of transportation. If the group is small, the transportation can be air-conditioned if not, then the operator would use a safari-type bus.
      • Please pay attention to the restrictions and requirements for this excursion, no refund will be granted if the requirements are not met.

The description was not only accurate of what to expect, but more was received!! After multiple other excursions through the past 10 years through cruises, this was voted the #1 from the whole family over all others. Thank you for making it a fun day. Our ONLY negative -- directions were not very clear of where to meet -- especially because it was our first time in this port. And the "ask me" desk in the port refused to help. Either the company needs to update to a more thorough direction OR whoever books confirm the info BEFORE you leave on the ship!

This excursion is AMAZING. It requires a pretty strenuous walk up a mountain side, so this is definitely not for the faint of heart. My husband and I started with the waterfalls and was introduced to the "Dominican 5min"!! There is an option to purchase a photographer for the waterfalls, DO IT!!! We have watched the videos multiple times since our trip and looked at the pictures frequently. They provide water and give lots of support to make it to the top. If the jumps make you uncomfortable there is the option to walk down steps into the water. They are accommodating and very kind. Can't wait to do it again!

This was a great excursion and I’m so glad we booked it through Shore Excursioneer and not Carnival. The Carnival groups were big and weren’t allowed to do the jumps. We had a small group and could jump the falls if we chose to. It was a lot of fun but was long as it was crowded due to 2 ships being in port. We loved our photographer at the falls, Hansel, and our guides Franklin and Gary. They were so helpful and nice. Lunch was great and included plantains and fried yucca. It was delicious. We hurried through the ziplines though as we were afraid we would be late getting back to the ship. Carlos, our overall guide, kept telling us we had time and he would get us back no problem. We should have listened to him more as we got back with 1.5 hours to spare. The ziplines were fun! I especially number 7 which was the fastest. This was a physically demanding tour. The walk to the falls and back was long and the ziplines involved a lot of stair climbing, so be prepared. My only complaint was it was a little confusing on how to find our guide. It said -to meet him, walk to the end of the cruise terminal, but we didn’t quite understand that you had to walk out of the terminal and down the street to find the guide. It does say it’s a 12 to 15 minute walk and that is totally true. I would definitely recommend this tour. Carlos was a good guide and the driver, Wilson, very conscientious and made sure we had a good time.

2 guides we were with were beyond cool, informative, calm & patient. Took good care of our group 6. Waterfalls were extremely fun and had a great scenery besides from the small hike. Food was fire/homemade and instead of doing ziplines they allowed us last minute to switch to ATV's. Definitely recommend for friends & family.

Recently took this tour with our group of 5 and we all had a blast! We really enjoy jumping and sliding on the 7 falls and also take the zipline adventure. All the local team was really friendly and experienced. The excursion was the best combination and was the best part of our whole cruise. Definitely, this is a must-do!

Thank you, this tour was awesome! I am 54 years old and adventurous but scared of getting hurt. It was a little tricky finding pick up point so just ask as you are leaving terminal. When we met the company at the vans they had all of our names correct and everything ran smoothly from there. The falls are not to be missed. We went straight to the top and did the 25 foot jump first. It would have been nice to do a warm up first😜I was afraid the water would be too cool and it was perfect, beautiful and clear. Ladies should wear shorts over swimsuit. The rock slides were smooth though. My husband and I wore Keen water shoes and they were perfect. The entire hike up was beautiful, if you are really out of shape then not for you but if you think you can then go for it. We did 4 jumps and at least 4 slides was so fun and beautiful please do not hesitate to do. From another review someone mentioned you could hire a person for $50 to take videos and pics..... DO It! We did not have to worry about getting pics of everything. He took video of both of us at every jump and slide and pics of hike and swimming in canyon. We were able to enjoy the experience and not worry about our belongings. We then had the most yummy authentic lunch that was provided and then did zip lines, which was the first we ever did that. All the employees were always there to give you a hand and lots of smiles.

We were met outside the port by Daniel, who was our guide for the day. He was a fine guide, and a nice gentleman, and we would go anywhere with him in the future. He took us to the waterfalls, and we met our guide, Charlie, who was fantastic! We had such a nice time jumping off into the pools of water and body surfing down the Falls! After that, we went to another location for zip lining. That was also a great time, and our host there, a young German man also named Daniel, couldn’t of been more pleasant or welcoming. We also had lunch there, prepared by local women, which was delightful. It was a fantastic day and we would recommend it to anyone who is physically able to do some hiking, etc.

We enjoyed the waterfall and zip line adventure. The 7 story hike to the waterfall was definitely a moderate workout. But when we finally reached the top it was well worth the climb! The first waterfall jump had a long line but it moved pretty quickly. Once we made the first jump we didn’t have to wait again. The guides made the trip fun and kept us safe. We either jumped or slide down 7 waterfalls total. The authentic lunch was delicious. The 8 zip lines were very fun. The view from the zip lines were just open fields, not like zip lining through a rainforest. But still fun. The guides were with us for the first 5 slides but for the last 3 we had to wait for them to travel to the next slides. That made us a bit netprvois as we had to be back at the cruise ship by 3:30. We did not finish the last slide until 3:20 and had to run down the pier to make it back to the boat. The guides were in no hurry.

SO MUCH FUN!! We were a group of 6 people all family and we were just happy with this tour. Our guides were excellent, they made sure we had a great time at the waterfalls! The food was good too and the zip lines were awesome! If you want to have fun this is your choice! Highly recommended.
