    Excursion Notes
      • We suggest you bring a swimsuit, biodegradable sunblock cream (no spray please), towel, cash for balance payment, tips, shopping, etc.
      • Please pay attention to the restrictions and requirements for this excursion, no refund will be granted if the requirements are not met.

    • The boat is not wheelchair accessible.
    • The minimum age for alcohol consumption is 18 years old., bring an ID (if you think you need it) to prove your age.
    • Children under 18 years old must be accompanied by a parent.
    • Maximum weight allowed is 300lbs (136Kg).
      • Guests must be able to climb into a small dinghy and then climb up onto the sailboat ladder.

    No, it is not necessary to take along your passport unless noted by your cruise line or listed in the Restrictions or Notes tab for the excursion. Your local operator has your booking noted. Please arrive with a printed copy of your eticket or digital copy if applicable.
    Cancellation

    For the St. Maarten Deluxe Sailing Excursion, we issue full refund for your deposit or full payment to us if: Canceled by client prior to excursion date with a minimum of 24 hours prior notice by email to reservations@shoreexcursioneer.com.

    For cancellation reasons below, you must contact us via email within 14 days after your excursion:

    • Your ship arrives into port late and you cannot make it in time to the meeting location (we will verify with the tour operator).
    • Your ship skips/misses the port.
    • Weather conditions or equipment failure prevents the operator from running the excursion.
    • A medical problem prevents you from safely participating in the excursion (we will verify with the excursion operator and the guest may send doctor's note). This applies to individuals only and not the remainder of the group.
    • Cancellations/deposit refund requests that do not comply with the above may not be subject to refund.
    • Refunds may be subject to a service charge fee as determined by the payment processor, please refer to Terms and Conditions for more information.

If you are looking for a good snorkel, fun water activities, good food, a nice boat and the best crew, this is the right excursion. The name says "deluxe" and it is! The captain took us to the best areas to swim because they know they place very good and we played with every item in the catamaran. I will come back, for sure.

What an unforgettable day and my family still talks about it. Since we were cruise ship passengers we were only in port a few hours and found ShoreExcursioneer and chose this excursion that didn't have an age restriction since we were traveling with 6 minors and 10 adults. What a blast! The catamaran had water toys and the Tarzan swing that you MUST try! so fun! Open bar and a delicious homemade meal. The Captain was very accommodating and took us to calm locations for so even the little ones can enjoy the water (jackets provided) I could go on and on...what a wonderful experience for our family! Thank you Ana and crew!
