    For the Key West Morning Dolphin Watching and Snorkel Excursion, you will meet at 201 William St, Key West. There will be plenty of taxis available at the cruise terminal. All necessary details will be printed on your Electronic Shore Excursion Ticket.

    Excursion Notes
      • We suggest you bring your bring beverages, snacks, swimsuits, towels, sunscreen, sunglasses/hat, extra cash, and a dry change of clothes for after watersport activities.
      • PM departure will include a sunset sailing going back to the meeting point after the Dolphin Watching activity.
      • Unlimited draft beer will be offered after the snorkel activity.
      • Dolphin spotting is not guaranteed, however, your guides will take you to the best places to watch them.
      • There are 2 bathrooms available on board.
    Excursion Restrictions
    • This excursion is not allowed for guests with limited mobility.
    • The minimum age for alcohol consumption is 21 years old. Alcohol is served after the water activities.
    • This excursion is not accessible for wheelchairs or scooters.
    • This excursion is not recommended for guests with seasickness or recent surgeries.
    • Children must be under their parent's supervision at all times.

    How do we get in and out of the water?
    There are 2 large ladders that the crew will deploy into the water from the back of the boat. It will make it easy to get in and out of the water! For those guests looking for more action-packed entry, we have multiple spots where you can jump in!
    Are we allowed to swim with the dolphins?
    No, we observe the dolphins in their natural habitat from our catamaran. It is illegal to swim with dolphins in the Florida Keys. This excursion get you closer than ever!
    Where do you go and how long does it take to get there?
    The captain of this excursion will make sure to take our guests to the best dolphins and reef locations. The crew will study the time of the year, weather patterns, and much more to ensure the best location, for example, a dolphin hangout area called Dolphin's Playground and the Florida Marine Sanctuary. The approximate time to get to each location will be can take up to 40 minutes.
    What if there is bad weather on this Key West Dolphin Watching and Snorkel Excursion Combo?
    The captain will determine whether or not the trip is safe to depart. 
    Do I need to take my passport with me on the Key West Dolphin Watching and Snorkel Excursion Combo to show with my Electronic Shore Excursion Ticket?
    No, it is not necessary to take along your passport unless noted by your cruise line or listed in the Restrictions or Notes tab for the excursion. Your local operator has your booking noted. Please arrive with a printed copy of your eticket or digital copy if applicable.
    Cancellation

    For the Key West Dolphin Watching and Snorkel Excursion Combo, we issue full refund for your deposit or full payment to us if: Canceled by client prior to excursion date with a minimum of 24 hours prior notice by email to reservations@shoreexcursioneer.com.

    For cancellation reasons below, you must contact us via email within 14 days after your excursion:

    • Your ship arrives into port late and you cannot make it in time to the meeting location (we will verify with the tour operator).
    • Your ship skips/misses the port.
    • Weather conditions or equipment failure prevents the operator from running the excursion.
    • A medical problem prevents you from safely participating in the excursion (we will verify with the excursion operator and the guest may send doctor's note). This applies to individuals only and not the remainder of the group.
    • Cancellations/deposit refund requests that do not comply with the above may not be subject to refund.
    • Refunds may be subject to a service charge fee as determined by the payment processor, please refer to Terms and Conditions for more information.
