    • Your ship misses/skips the port.
    • Weather conditions or equipment failure prevents the operator to run the excursion.
    • A medical problem prevents you from safely participating in the excursion (we will verify with the tour operator or guest may send doctor's note).
    • Cancellations that do not comply with the above may not be subject to refund. Guests must notify us within 14 days after their excursion date via email for requesting a refund of booking payment made to Shore Excursioneer.

Just went with family and friends over spring break! So much fun! It was just a short walk from the pier to their offices. It was busy, but our 4 guides were fantastic. They got all 10 of us quickly geared up and shuttled us up the hill. Here is a warning..it is a climb up a hill to get up to the top, but once there what a view! You will want to bring your camera! We had 4 guys that stayed with us the whole time and were very fun and enthusiastic! They were so good with our kids and showed them tricks they could do. It was very fast paced, but the guides made sure we were safe! It was one of my favorite excursion! I'm ready to go again!

The guide was a little hard to find, but we made it to him with the help of some locals. The zip line and the guides were amazing. I'm a little afraid of heights, but had no problem because the decks were secure and you couldn't see the ground for the trees. If you ask, a guide will ride with you (be sure to tip extra). The tree top bridge tour was a favorite. The guide was informative and even found some termites on a tree for us to sample. Who knew you could eat them? She took photos of our family on the tour which was great! The hi-lite of the trip with was the beach break. We could have spent all day there! Sandy beach, crystal clear calm water, snorkeling, great inexpensive food (lobster!), massages, a bar, and clean bathrooms and showers. The guide gave us a time to meet him at the road and drove us back. It was an amazing day and I cannot recommend this excursion enough!

We were the only 3 who were on the walking eco tour so it was very relaxing. Our guide talked to us about real life in Honduras as well as the environment. It was awesome. We got a local beer from the snack bar and she let us carry them with us on the walk. The zip line was so much fun. The guides were humorous and helpful. They had as much fun as we did!

Getting to the excursion site was a long walk. When we got there we had to split up because there was no room in the van. The other 3 in our group were supposed to be right behind us, but ended up getting there 30 min later. The zipline was great. When it was over the guides really pushed each adult about tipping them. The beach was nice, crowded but nice. On our ride back to terminal my son had to sit on the floor because we didn't have enough seats.

I loved this adventure with my family. The zip lines were a thrilling experience, our the guide was soo informative on the hanging bridges, talking about the plants and the jungle animals. The beach break was very nice, and we had time to buy a really nice lunch and not too expensive cold beers. I recommend this excursion for families with teens, they will enjoy it!
