      • This Cozumel all-inclusive resort day pass is valid from 09:00 AM to 05:00 PM local Cozumel time.
      • Guests are required to provide a credit card in case of any damages.
      • Please note that you cannot book this excursion last minute unless you have access to a printer. The front desk requires a paper copy of your e-ticket.
      • All guests MUST bring a copy of their passport or an ID at the moment of the Day Pass check-in.

    Cancellation

    For the Cozumel El Cozumeleno All Inclusive Beach Resort Day Pass,we issue full refund for your deposit or full payment to us if:

    • You want to cancel at any time, for any reason, before or after your arrival. Simply contact us via email reservations@shoreexcursioneer.com within 14 days of your missed excursion date for a deposit refund.
    • Your ship arrives into port late and you cannot make it in time to the meeting location.
    • Your ship misses/skips the port.
    • Weather conditions or equipment failure prevents the operator to run the excursion.
    • A medical problem prevents you from safely participating in the excursion (we will verify with the tour operator or guest may send doctor's note).
    • Cancellations that do not comply with the above may not be subject to refund. Guests must notify us within 14 days after their excursion date via email for requesting a refund of booking payment made to Shore Excursioneer.
    • Refunds may be subject to a service charge fee as determined by the payment processor, please refer to Terms and Conditions for more information.

We were there 1 week ago for the day from Carnival Vista, what a great time we had, very relaxing and fun and away from crowds. Santiago and Miguel took good care of us, they kept the drinks and food coming to us right on the beach,they are awesome!! Can't wait to go back!!

Just returning from our cruise that stopped in Cozumel. We took a resort day pass since we always tried to avoid crowds. This hotel was fabulous with everything we could ask for, lots of shaded areas, good food, great service and activities for all ages. I personally tried the hammocks on the beach (first time using one) and they are really comfortable. I highly recommend this place.

My family and I have visited this place in 2017 and then again in 2018. Very friendly staff. Snorkeling is amazing. Food and drinks are awesome. Staff is amazing. Tip well and you will be taken care of no problems.

Nice and relaxing, the staff Santiago and Miguel were awesome ensuring we had everything we needed or ask for through out our duration. The car ride was only 20 mins from the port.

My group and I purchased day passes for this resort while in the Cozumel area on a cruise. The resort was beautiful, the staff friendly and helpful and the beach free of annoying vendors. Miguel and Freddy made sure our cups never got low. Miguel and Freddy were so outstanding they brought you everything. When we got hungry they brought a menu from the restaurant, took our order and brought it out when it was ready. There is also a buffet for self service but I recommend the restaurant as all food and alcohol are included in the day pass. Be sure to tip these guys even though they don’t ask for it, they certainly earn them. The resort was not crowded and we had plenty of room to enjoy the facilities. If I had to point out a negative it would be the hot tub and the reason why I did not rate this a 5 star. The hot tub was not hot and had a brown foaming substance floating inside of it. Clearly it was in need of maintenance and cleaning. This was the only issue we encountered and but would recommend to anyone to give this resort a try. A few more lounge chairs would be nice as well but not a deal breaker.

There are no words to describe how amazing this resort is, we went in September so they were not busy so we were pampered to the nines! The food was wonderful, the water was beautiful and Miguel and Santiago were just the best! We had such a relaxing day. I want to go back to Cozumel and stay at this resort.

Beautiful resort with several pools. But highlight was excellent service from two waiters who constantly checked to see if we wanted food or drinks. They brought us snack of delicious guacamole and chips and at lunch brought us a menu and then brought our meal outside to covered terrace. I have mobility problems and there were ramps as well as steps down to various areas, also swim up pool had easy walk in access without deep steps. We just relaxed and enjoyed. Free wifi in reception area. No crowds. When we wanted to go back to cruise terminal, taxis were waiting. I didn’t haggle with taxi drivers over fares, I just paid 20$ each way for three people, and they seemed happy.

We had a blast, It met our expectations and we had a fun day doing nothing. What we liked the most. Our server kept bringing the drinks. We were never without a drink, ever. There were no vendors, NONE. This place chases them away. The water was nice, the view was nice. Plenty of shade was available. Eduardo and our server, was excellent. (20$ tip on front end, ensures the drinks keep coming TIP). Taxi ride was a mere 10bucks. Everybody was friendly and nice, no hassles at all. WILL recommend to all. Dislikes, our lunch food was lame. We both got the taco plates and they were meat in a tortilla (3), no sides, no lettuce, onions or salsa. A little plop of guac + beans only. We didn't complain, but it was sub par (VERY) compared to the rest of this excursion.

The pool was beautiful unfortunately the water was so cold we could not use it. The beach was also cold. Food was good, staff was friendly. There were no chairs when we arrived and many just had towels on them ( this was at 11am). Staff did get us chairs which was great. Bar service was excellent and wait staff was attentive. Resort was clean. I would return in a warmer month.

We came on April 15th 2016 and bought the Day Pass and was greeted by a not busy lobby and a very nice young lady that took our remaining balance and gave us the bracelet and explained what was included which was pretty much everything.Tipped our bartenders and drinks came quick!! Food in the buffet was awesome. I'm a cruise travel agent and have already started referring people here! Great times amigos!

We went here as a group of adults had so much fun just being lazy by the pool. It was exactly what we wanted. If you are looking for lots going on this is not the place. But if you just want to realx with a drink and GREAT guacamole and chips with the ocean breeze this is the place! Beach was very rocky.

The Cozumeleno beach resort is a very nice property. I look forward to returning to this property for an extended stay! The beach is beautiful the staff is extremely nice. The pools are really nice, but honestly the beach is so good, we never got in the pool. The food was good and the drinks were better. This was a perfect day for relaxation and soaking in the sun. My kids all enjoyed parasailing (extra cost)! My only complaint would be the snorkeling, I'm the only one in the family that wanted to snorkel so we picked a beach resort leisure day and that is what we got. The snorkeling was not even worth wasting your time on (enjoy the resort and the beach). The taxi ride was easy but for the 6 of us was $35 each way so plan on that (it might be less if it was only 2...I don't know). Overall enjoyed the day and would love to go back for a week long stay!

Our group went to El Cozumeleno 12 years ago and it was a nice resort then. We recently spent the day there again and WOW! They made a really nice place even better. We loved the pool and hanging out with the friendly and funny bartender who likes to mix drink "challenges". Big, beautiful, clean and a view to die for. Highly recommended!

We came to this resort years ago before hurricane Wilma. We liked it then, but wow...it is really awesome now! The service and food was exceptional and it was so nice not to have to bring our towels from the ship, because they offer a towel service here. There were plenty of activities and so many pools to choose from. It was definitely worth the money to spend the day here.

The Cozumeleno is a first class property. I had researched a lot on the internet to try and pick the best place for us. The idea of all those people at Mr. Sanchos turned us off. We wanted something more upscale and nice. Cozumeleno was great from start to finish. We were treated so nice but the entire staff. The food was delicious and the waiters had those drinks coming to us fast all day. 5 swimming pools! Loved, loved, loved.

We have been on many cruises to Cozumel over the past many years and love the island. We had been to lots of the beach clubs and AI resorts towards the south (Sanchos, Nachi, Paradise, Allegro,...). For this cruise we wanted both a great beach and great snorkeling. We did some research and found El Cozumeleno offered on this site. We were NOT disappointed. The property is outstanding as is the entire staff. There are several swimming pools, a couple of restaurants and bars, lots of activities and we could do it all. The employees treated us so nice. And then there was the snorkeling...unbelievable and incredible. Double thumbs up for this excursion. We will be going back to El Cozumeleno and book with you again.
