    For the Costa Maya El Fuerte Beach Resort All Inclusive Day Pass,we issue full refund for your deposit or full payment to us if:

    • You want to cancel at any time, for any reason, before or after your arrival. Simply contact us via email reservations@shoreexcursioneer.com within 14 days of your missed excursion date for a deposit refund.
    • Your ship arrives into port late and you cannot make it in time to the meeting location.
    • Your ship misses/skips the port.
    • Weather conditions or equipment failure prevents the operator to run the excursion.
    • A medical problem prevents you from safely participating in the excursion (we will verify with the tour operator or guest may send doctor's note).
    • Cancellations that do not comply with the above may not be subject to refund. Guests must notify us within 14 days after their excursion date via email for requesting a refund of booking payment made to Shore Excursioneer.
    • Refunds may be subject to a service charge fee as determined by the payment processor, please refer to Terms and Conditions for more information.

This spot is a gem. We were greet by the owner of the boutique hotel in the courtyard, we paid our balance and were taken to our table on the beach. Food and drinks were fantastic. It did rain for a short time but they have a covered dining room you can stay dry under to wait it out. Already booking our next visit.

When we arrived it was like we were "very important people". We were immediately greeted by Lawrence, who was excellent and attended to us all day. He discussed the facility and our accommodations. We were then escorted to the beach chairs and allowed to chose where we wanted to be. We were given menus and a drink order was taken. The Manager, Luke (Skywalker) came over, introduced himself and checked on us through out our stay. The food and drinks were excellent and plentiful . The beach is very nice and not crowded. There were local vendors and if you were not interested, they were polite and left. (My wife found a couple of items she had been looking for in ports, and I'm sure cheaper.) We would highly recommend this excursion. Everyone there was helpful and polite. A special "Thank You" to Luke. When we were ready to leave he escorted us to the taxi stand and got us a cab immediately..

We were well taken care of the entire time. The fresh fish tacos for lunch were amazing and we had a spot right at the water. Umbrella and lounges with our toes in the water. This is just what we hoped for and we highly recommend this package. Loved the margaritas too. Everything was top notch, but my computer wouldn't register the bubbles. You take a local taxi for $8/couple to the resort and back.

We were on a cruise and booked this day pass with you guys. The staff was great and everything was really clean especially considering it is all out of doors. It was a beautiful day. They gave us free wifi and beach chairs for the day just for purchasing this package. Awesome place!! 5 stars

The staff here were very friendly. The server showed us the restaurant menu and a good spot for our party close to the beach. Drinks and food were yummy. We ordered fajitas, nachos and guacamole. The kids had fun playing in the water, they spent most of the day there. Overall, our money was well spent. Highly recommended.

We loved this beach and would definitely go here again! All the staff were very friendly and took care of everything all day. When we were ready to eat, they led us to the very nice open-air restaurant and the food was delicious! Definitely ask for guacamole! Lorenzo was our waiter at the beach and he was super nice. The beach was lovely and not crowded. Yes, there are vendors who walk around when you first arrive but buy what you want and say "no thank you" if you aren't interested and they do not hassle you. There are some shops where you can pick up a souvenir or two as well. This is a great place to relax or for children to play!
