    For the Miami Everglades Airboat Adventure Excursion, you will meet at your Hotel Lobby or if you are arriving by cruise ship you will meet a short taxi ride from your Miami cruise ship terminal. All the details needed will be listed on your Shore Excursion Electronic Ticket.

    Cancellation

    For the Miami Everglades Airboat Adventure Excursion, we issue full refund for your deposit or full payment to us if: Canceled by client prior to excursion date with a minimum of 24 hours prior notice by email to reservations@shoreexcursioneer.com.

    For cancellation reasons below, you must contact us via email within 14 days after your excursion:

    • Your ship arrives into port late and you cannot make it in time to the meeting location (we will verify with the tour operator).
    • Your ship skips/misses the port.
    • Weather conditions or equipment failure prevents the operator from running the excursion.
    • A medical problem prevents you from safely participating in the excursion (we will verify with the excursion operator and the guest may send doctor's note). This applies to individuals only and not the remainder of the group.
    • Cancellations/deposit refund requests that do not comply with the above may not be subject to refund.
    • Refunds may be subject to a service charge fee as determined by the payment processor, please refer to Terms and Conditions for more information.

This was our first time in the Everglades and really the Miami area. We did the tour after we got off of our cruise and was staying a few nights before going home. It was beautiful! We came across a few alligators and smaller babies. It was awesome how our tour guide interacted with the gators but still respected them in their natural habitat that we as humans were visiting. Overall a very good tour.

Seriously I don’t know what I was expecting but the airboat captain blew the event out of the water. But what made it better was seeing alligators constantly around. Wildlife surrounds you while birds literally make themselves comfortable on the boat. I didn’t realize that this should have been on my bucket list. I can not wait to bring more people next time. It is not at all touristy.

Captain provided us with a great tour of the glades. It was awesome to see gators in their proper environment rather than a zoo or country park. At one point we were around 2ft away from a huge one. I LOVE THE EXPERIENCE!

My wife and I decided to do the airboat tour. The Captain was extremely informative, professional, and had intimate knowledge of the area since had grown up nearby and followed in his fathers lead as an air boat captain. The airboat was extremely smooth as well, and we were high-and-dry the whole ride. We saw momma alligators with their nest of babies (she was not so happy for the visit and we kept our respectable distance), softshell turtles and more. Highly recommended if you’re in the area either before a cruise as we were or just visiting.

What a tour on the airboat with our captain. He was brilliant, fun as well as very knowledgable. Couldn't have asked for a better tour. It is loud, windy, and you can expect to get sprayed some but they take good care of you.

The beauty of the Everglades makes the crocodiles look less scary and there is so much wildlife living here that I don't get to see back home. The gift shop was cool.

My family loved this excursion, we arrive at the Everglades Park just at the right time to see the alligator presentation. That was amazing! Then enjoyed a short hike around the main exhibition areas and went directly to the pier for a fantastic 30-minute ride on the airboat. The guide was friendly and very knowledgeable, he stopped a couple of time so we can have a good look at the alligators and some birds that were fishing in the glades. After the ride, we have some funnily named snacks and we were ready for the ride back to the port, still with enough time to look around and make some shopping.
