    • Guests must be able to walk on paved, gravel, and cobblestone surfaces, some on inclines.
    • There are steps required to enter several of the sites as well as steep curbs in some areas.

    Will they cancel the Monte Carlo, Eze, and La Turbie Excursion if it is raining?
    The Monte Carlo, Eze, and La Turbie Excursion operates rain or shine, within safety guidelines. The local cruise excursion operator will decide at the time of departure if there is a reason to postpone or cancel the excursion.
    Is there time to go inside the Monte Carlo Casino during the Monte Carlo, Eze, and La Turbie Excursion?
    During the excursion itself, there is not. If time allows, you can end your excursion during the stop at Casino Square or return later (return to the ship at your leisure and own expense). Please be aware that the casino does not open until 02:00 pm. A dress code is observed. It does not allow flip-flop shoes or shorts on any guest. After 08:00 pm, a jacket is required in the private rooms. At all times, there is an admission of 10 Euros per person. There is an additional 10 Euro admission to the private rooms. All guests must present their passports. The minimum age is 18 years old.
    Will there be restrooms?
    Restrooms are located at each stop. In Europe, a small package of tissues is suggested as public restrooms may or may not have toilet paper. Most public restrooms require a small fee. Having a few local coins is highly recommended as they do not always make changes.
    Can I use US dollars?
    Most large stores and restaurants will take major credit cards and some may take other currencies besides the Euro. Small stores restaurants or sidewalk vendors will usually only take local currency. The best exchange rates for currency are usually at major bank ATMs. The worst rates are at the airport, train stations, or exchange bureaus located in major excursionist areas. Before leaving home, please check with your credit card companies and banks on what transaction or other fees they may apply if you use a debit or credit card abroad. These are in addition to the fees applied by the vendor or host bank where you are using the card.
    Do I need to take my passport with me on the Monte Carlo Best of Eze and La Turbie Excursion to show with my Electronic Shore Excursion Ticket?
    No, it is not necessary to take along your passport unless noted by your cruise line or listed in the Restrictions or Notes tab for the excursion. Your local operator has your booking noted. Please arrive with a printed copy of your eticket or digital copy if applicable.
    Cancellation

    For the Monte Carlo Best of Eze and La Turbie Excursion, we issue full refund for your deposit or full payment to us if: Canceled by client prior to excursion date with a minimum of 24 hours prior notice by email to reservations@shoreexcursioneer.com.

    For cancellation reasons below, you must contact us via email within 14 days after your excursion:

    • Your ship arrives into port late and you cannot make it in time to the meeting location (we will verify with the tour operator).
    • Your ship skips/misses the port.
    • Weather conditions or equipment failure prevents the operator from running the excursion.
    • A medical problem prevents you from safely participating in the excursion (we will verify with the excursion operator and the guest may send doctor's note). This applies to individuals only and not the remainder of the group.
    • Cancellations/deposit refund requests that do not comply with the above may not be subject to refund.
    • Refunds may be subject to a service charge fee as determined by the payment processor, please refer to Terms and Conditions for more information.

We were a group of 6 people and took this day trip from Monte Carlo. The driver and guide was very courteous and made our travel very comfortable, safe and enjoyable. Visited the perfume factory in Eze then went to La Turbie, which was a beautiful town.

We spent wonderful day in this port, we had a great guide, very professional and friendly, he gave us a lot and very interesting information. He also met our wishes, specially to our son, who is big F1 and sports car fan. The van was very clean and comfortable. Everything was exactly the same as we agreed before the tour. Not only the same, they offered us more. We suggest the company, you will be more than satisfied for sure.

We decided to book this tour online, the vans were very comfortable and our drivers we great! They pointed everything out on our scenic drive. We had all these stops along the way with plenty of time to take pictures. It was our first stop on our cruise and it was a highlight. I would absolutely recommend doing this excursion. We talked about our tour the whole cruise.
