Maybe my review might have been better in better weather but the waves were churning up the sand making it hard to see underwater and the boat was rocking so bad that some people had to go up on deck to keep from getting seasick. Our guide on the boat spoke Spanish most of the time so we weren't able to understand him. The driver who took us to the boat and picked us up afterward did try to make our trip more interesting by bringing us around the island to anyplace we wanted to see and he was very courteous and well informed.

Since my friends and I don't snorkel or scuba dive, we decided this was the excursion for us. The ride to and from the excursion site was a fun experience because of the driver, Dennis. He showed us the island and talked about the history and culture of Roatan. Once on board the vessel, we were escorted to the glass bottom portion of the boat. It was amazing to see the reefs, fish and even the scuba diver. It's an awesome adventure that we soon won't forget.

Several of our family were going scuba diving. We wanted to see all the pretty fish but not with that amount of effort. This was perfect! We saw lots of fish, sea turtle, coral, scuba divers, sunken sub, etc. Boat was very comfortable, even for a large man. You sit on a seat that goes across the narrow boat, so you have a view out both sides. Also it is air-conditioned! And in order to get to the boat on the north side of Roatan, you get a bus tour of the island. It was a great excursion for a reasonable price.

I took this excursion with my 8 and 12 years old, they had a blast! The windows are very wide so everyone can have a good view. The ride was very smooth and the crew is friendly.
