    Cancellation

    For the Roatan Gumbalimba Park and Beach Excursion,we issue full refund for your deposit or full payment to us if:

    • You want to cancel at any time, for any reason, before or after your arrival. Simply contact us via email reservations@shoreexcursioneer.com within 14 days of your missed excursion date for a deposit refund.
    • Your ship arrives into port late and you cannot make it in time to the meeting location.
    • Your ship misses/skips the port.
    • Weather conditions or equipment failure prevents the operator to run the excursion.
    • A medical problem prevents you from safely participating in the excursion (we will verify with the tour operator or guest may send doctor's note).
    • Cancellations that do not comply with the above may not be subject to refund. Guests must notify us within 14 days after their excursion date via email for requesting a refund of booking payment made to Shore Excursioneer.

Gumbalina park is a hidden gem in Roatan, so I was looking forward to having an excursion where I could visit and go to the beach at the same time. I'm glad I found this. Where to start? It was awesome to see so many animals and insects in one place, also, we decided to do zip line on-site for a very good price. Awesome.

I've heard a lot about the famous Gumbalina park and I didn't want to miss the chance to visit it. All my family enjoyed the experience; we learned a LOT about the different species, insects, and plants. You will never get bored at this place, I promise.
