    • Your ship skips/misses the port.

    • A medical problem prevents you from safely participating in the excursion (we will verify with the excursion operator and the guest may send doctor's note). This applies to individuals only and not the remainder of the group.
    • Cancellations/deposit refund requests that do not comply with the above may not be subject to refund.

I was in the search for a short excursion which allow me to visit the historic and well know Pompeii. Luckily I found it and I'm glad I did. I had transportation, guidance, and even some free time to visit the museum. I wish I had more time but I am satisfied with my experience. Italy is amazing and the culture and history really valuable. I totally recommend.

While planning our Italy cruise I just knew we had to visit Pompeii. The history behind this town has always been one of my favorite reading topics and not just for the volcanic eruption. I was able to find a half-day excursion through Shore Excursioneer who assigned us with Alessandro from (tour operator). Alessandro was wonderful. Very knowledgeable young man. Luckily when we visited there weren't many ships in port which allowed us to see in details without bumping heads with other curious tourists! The site is impressive. The way Alessandro narrated everything is really engaging.
