    For the Aruba Highlights Sightseeing and Beach Excursion Combo, we issue full refund for your deposit or full payment to us if: Canceled by client prior to excursion date with a minimum of 24 hours prior notice by email to reservations@shoreexcursioneer.com.

    For cancellation reasons below, you must contact us via email within 14 days after your excursion:

    • Your ship arrives into port late and you cannot make it in time to the meeting location (we will verify with the tour operator).
    • Your ship skips/misses the port.
    • Weather conditions or equipment failure prevents the operator from running the excursion.
    • A medical problem prevents you from safely participating in the excursion (we will verify with the excursion operator and the guest may send doctor's note). This applies to individuals only and not the remainder of the group.
    • Cancellations/deposit refund requests that do not comply with the above may not be subject to refund.

This is the tour to take if you want to a professional personalized tour in Aruba. The folks at (tour operator) did a superb job with accommodation, narration and basically everything you would expect from a tour. We enjoyed every location presented, specially the lighthouse and bridge. We also had free time at the beach. The beach is stunning with crystal clear water and huts to hide from the sun, perfect to lay under and catch a tan. The huts are free, but they also have rentals.

Aruba was our last stop on our cruise and I chose this excursion through Shore Excursioneer instead of the on cruise version as it was cheaper and I figured that it would be less crowded. While the cruise line would have price matched it I saw the two buses booked through the cruise line and they were packed, our bus was not. Clifford was our (tour guide). He did a great job and his dry sense of humor was fun. He had a lot of information about the island and stopped to show us some history and oddities along the drive in between the advertised stops. He had us at each location a decent amount of time and was very effective at keeping the group together. Clifford was great!!! The stops on the tour were interesting with Arashi Beach, the aloe factory, the "garden" with the big rocks, and the fallen bridge being the best parts. The church and the lighthouse were ok. Arashi beach was beautiful and Clifford was within a minute to the time he said that he would pick us up, a big deal once it gets closer to getting back on the ship. The bus was nice and cool and the seats were comfortable for the day trip. Booking with Shore Excursioneer is always easy and always a value. Thank you Clifford (for) a great time.

My husband and I had always talked about taking a cruise and we finally did. We stopped in Aruba and did this tour. We had no idea just how beautiful Aruba is. We were amazed. The tour was excellent from the sight seeing to the beach. The guide was very informative and kind and went the extra mile to help me find snorkel gear that fit just right. This is the Aruba that everyone needs to see and this is the way to see it!

We did this tour in a group and we thought that this was the best day of our whole trip. This is such a great way to see Aruba because you're not rushed. Our guide was extremely good and fun to listen to. They gave us plenty of time to take photos and enjoy each stop. We were glad we didn't miss out on this.

My husband and I wanted to take an excursion that our kids would enjoy too. We cruised with Carnival and their Best of Aruba and Beach excursion was $59.99 and $39.99 for children. We were able to save a total of $68.00 for 2 adults and 2 children by booking here. It was virtually the same excursion...the ship excursion bus would pull up just as we were leaving a stop. It was great because we had 6 in our group and it was a very personalized tour. There were about 40 people on the bus and it looked like chaos! We will use this site again to save money on our next cruise.
