      • We suggest you bring cash for shopping, food/beverages, etc., sun protection, a swimsuit, towel, and camera, and wear comfortable shoes.
      • Food and beverages can be purchased at the beaches.
      • Please note the entrance fee at Magen's Beach is $7 USD paid onsite to the operator.
      • Please note that each guest must bring their ship ID card or license for the check-in with the excursion representative.

    • There are no motorized wheelchairs or mobility scooter-accessible vehicles available.

    This portion is about 2 hours long but all times are approximate according to your ship time in port.
    Are there lockers on the beach for me to store my personal belongings?
    No there are no lockers.
    Do I need to take my passport with me on the St. Thomas Sightseeing, Shopping and Beach Excursion to show with my Electronic Shore Excursion Ticket?
    No, it is not necessary to take along your passport unless noted by your cruise line or listed in the Restrictions or Notes tab for the excursion. Your local operator has your booking noted. Please arrive with a printed copy of your eticket or digital copy if applicable.
    Cancellation

    For the St. Thomas Sightseeing, Shopping and Beach Excursion, we issue full refund for your deposit or full payment to us if: Canceled by client prior to excursion date with a minimum of 48 hours prior notice by email to reservations@shoreexcursioneer.com.

    For cancellation reasons below, you must contact us via email within 14 days after your excursion:

    • Your ship arrives into port late and you cannot make it in time to the meeting location (we will verify with the tour operator).
    • Your ship skips/misses the port.
    • Weather conditions or equipment failure prevents the operator from running the excursion.
    • A medical problem prevents you from safely participating in the excursion (we will verify with the excursion operator and the guest may send doctor's note). This applies to individuals only and not the remainder of the group.
    • Cancellations/deposit refund requests that do not comply with the above may not be subject to refund.
    • Refunds may be subject to a service charge fee as determined by the payment processor, please refer to Terms and Conditions for more information.

The original tour we booked said sightseeing and beach, 4 hours. Ended up being a 5 hour tour, not what we booked. We were dumped off at downtown to shop. Majority of fellow cruisers were confused. In the past we had the option to shop. Left in 86 degree heat for an hour. Then took us on a couple lookout points. Then dropped us off at the beach at 330. There were chairs to rent for $20/chair. Got there and were told beach bar closes in 50 min and they picked up chairs then. After we paid. Massive disappointment. There till 530, no place to get drinks or food after 430 (not even a place to sit! Just had to stand around and get eaten up by bugs waiting for our bus to come back). Only bad excursion we have had in 12 cruises.

This is a wonderful tour I can not say enough about this place St Thomas is beautiful the sightseeing tour was great we did a little shopping at the highest point of the island which was beautiful over looking the beautiful Meagans Beach...Which we went to Meagan's Beach after shopping and touring we were also allowed to shop downtown and purchase from local people that actually live there (which I love doing) we meet a calypso player he played beautifully, our tour guide MR ALLEN was very informational and he let us pick and choose what we wanted to do Great Tour Guide!

This was our favorite excursion in the Caribbean! (Our guide) was fun and lively, singing away to beachy, Carribean tunes as we drove up and down mountains, overlooking beautiful beaches with the wind through our hair in a mini open bus. Two hours of shopping was a perfect amount of time to find a couple souvenirs. The majority of shops sold jewelry - Larimar is the Caribbean stone (turquisey blue) and necklaces, rings, etc. make for a great souvenir. Negotiate with sellers for a fair price, they expect it. (He) let us pick a beach and stopped at two since we couldn't all agree on one. Coki beach was perfect - in a cove-like setting and less crowded than some of the beaches we had heard about. We experienced just enough of everything and made the most of the time off the boat in St. Thomas. Everything was just as described. Thanks!

Great Tour minus the Shopping MN

This would have been a 5 start excursion if the shopping part was MUCH shorter. We were dropped off for 2 hours of shopping! 1 hour or less would have been plenty of time. Other than this Sunny's tour was exceptional. He made it so much fun and the cooler of beverages was greatly appreciated. Great stops to take in the views and then dropped off at a beautiful beach. He picked us up on time and was a very good tour guide. I highly recommend. If you don't like shopping for long than take the tour without the shopping.

This was an interesting tour, although not as advertised - this was an OPEN BUS TOUR - OPEN SIDES, FIVE TO A ROW. The tour started with shopping as per promised however since this "bus" was used for multiple tours (the 9:00 AM, 10:00AM & 11:00AM tour) the seating was very crowded as once you were dropped off at the first stop anyone from the other two tours could get on the bus as well. There was no ability to store your bags (from shopping) on the bus as the vehicle served only to drop you off from one point to another. The open bus was rather charming but old and seemingly underpowered on the narrow, steep mountainside road with multiple U-turns. Free refreshments offered once only during the entire 6 hour tour (10:00 AM departure). The tour should be advertised in an more honest manner.

We had a great stop at Meagna's beach, good shopping but most of all, a really really fun tour. Our guide, Sunny's nephew was hysterical, informative and all the right picture stops. Also a cooler with refreshments was available for us, much appreciated. A fantastic day

Our family of six took this tour to save $$ compared to the cruise line tours. Frederick picked us up promptly on time right at the dock. This open transport is limited in number and very professional looking. Our guide is a great singer. Everywhere we went or he stopped, he had music going and people singing or nodding to the along. Even people on the beaches and along the streets were impressed with his lively personality. Very good driver, asks people exactly what they want to see and do. The three teens and even the 19 year old thought it was the most fun of all tours of five different islands we visited. No problem getting back to the boat on time. No problem with personal items, he locked them in the front seat when we were off the taxi or bus. I would recommend this company and hopefully you will get Frederick.

This was my first time to St. Thomas. I use the reviews on this sight to pick my excursion. This was the best decision I made to visit the island. It gave me a little time to spend, shopping, sightseeing and relaxing at the beach. I was not disappointed. Our tour guide made the entire experience enjoyable. Sunny was sooooooo funny. He got us singing and just having a great time. We were the party bus and I think all the other people with the other tours were jealous. Sunny I will recommend your tour to ANYONE who goes to St Thomas. When I return your will be taking me on another great tour of St. Thomas. It is well worth the money, the entertainment alone is worth every penny. The time spent at the beach was just enough to enjoy the crystal clear water. The shopping gave enough time to pick up some nice treasures, from both the locals and some of the island shops. Finally the sightseeing portion took my breath away both from the sights and the method Sunny took to get us up and down the steep road to get to and from the top of the mountain.

When we were planning our excursions for this past cruise, we had heard that there were great shopping deals in St. Thomas. The older kids wanted to go to the beach so a compromise was made. This excursion seemed to be everything we wanted and that it was. We enjoyed the shopping trip part of the trip so much and the kids even had a good time. My mother had to be dragged out of the jewelry stores! The day only got better when we went to the beach. We got to snorkel at one of the nicest beaches we have ever been to. Our guide was wonderful. We had a good time all day and would recommend this tour any day.

This was a tour that went very well from booking to the end. Our family was very happy. We were able to do what everyone wanted. Some wanted to shop, some wanted to just see St. Thomas and there were a few of us beach bums. This was a full day for us and we had really good time and enjoyed a very beautiful part of the world. We booked this tour and did it last month and it was a real treat. We wanted to try to get some shopping and beach time into one day and this worked out very well. The shopping was fun, they sell so many unique things in the shops but the beach time was the best. This had to be on of the prettiest beaches ever and we took full advantage of it.
