    Cancellation

    For the St. Thomas Island Sightseeing Excursion, we issue full refund for your deposit or full payment to us if: Canceled by client prior to excursion date with a minimum of 48 hours prior notice by email to reservations@shoreexcursioneer.com.

    For cancellation reasons below, you must contact us via email within 14 days after your excursion:

    • Your ship arrives into port late and you cannot make it in time to the meeting location (we will verify with the tour operator).
    • Your ship skips/misses the port.
    • Weather conditions or equipment failure prevents the operator from running the excursion.
    • A medical problem prevents you from safely participating in the excursion (we will verify with the excursion operator and the guest may send doctor's note). This applies to individuals only and not the remainder of the group.
    • Cancellations/deposit refund requests that do not comply with the above may not be subject to refund.
    • Refunds may be subject to a service charge fee as determined by the payment processor, please refer to Terms and Conditions for more information.

I booked the excursion to see the island It was beautiful; but we stopped 3 times at an avg 45 min per time for the beach That is too long; The driver Wellington was super !

Our ship got delayed for like 30 minutes and they waited for us. The whole trip was well planned and organized. If you are looking to see St Thomas at its best, this is the tour you should do.

We had a blast with (Tour Operator) "Taxi Love" tour guide was a hoot. Shopping area was great. Ride up to the top of the mountain was wonderful, awesome views, even the cow in middle of the road. Banana Daiquiri was awesome and so worth the money. Make sure you take you're camera for great photo stops and views. Party Party bus. So much fun. Our group of 8 would all do it again.

How to really see St. Thomas Springfield

If you are going to see St. Thomas, this is the way to do it and you can't beat the price. It has nice that they pick you up right by the pier. We saw some beautiful sights on this tour and we're pretty sure that we saw where some of the rich and famous live too! This is a lovely little island and we really enjoyed our tour. Thank you very much.

This tour was a great value. We got to see a lot of St. Thomas and listen to some interesting facts. It was not an all day thing, so we had plenty of time in the day for stopping to sample some of the local food and do some shopping. St. Thomas is one of the prettiest islands we have traveled to. The people are friendly and it was so clean there. This was money well spent and the best way to see this beautiful port.
