    Meeting Point

    For this Grand Cayman Jet Ski Excursion / Rental, you will meet just outside your cruise terminal. All necessary details will be printed on your Electronic Shore Excursion Ticket. The meeting time is 30 minutes before departure time.

    Excursion Notes
      • We suggest you bring comfortable clothing, sun protection, any snacks you might want, cash for tips, food/beverages at the beach, etc.
      • Maximum of 10 jet skis available. 
      • Please note that Grand Cayman is a cruise ship tender port, you will not be docked so you should allow enough time to get off the ship.
    • Not available on Sundays
    Excursion Restrictions
    • The minimum participation age is 5 years old.
    • The minimum age to drive a  jet ski is 18 years old - all drivers must present a valid license.
    • A credit card is needed for insurance deposit onsite
    • This excursion is not wheelchair accessible.
    • The maximum weight limit is 450lbs (205Kg) per jet ski.

    Is there anything special I need to bring?
    All guests wishing to drive must be 18yrs or older and must present a valid driver's license. A credit card is also required as an insurance deposit (Master Card and Visa only).
    Do I need to take my passport with me on the Grand Cayman Jet Ski Rental Excursion from the Beach to show with my Electronic Shore Excursion Ticket?
    No, it is not necessary to take along your passport unless noted by your cruise line or listed in the Restrictions or Notes tab for the excursion. Your local operator has your booking noted. Please arrive with a printed copy of your eticket or digital copy if applicable.
    Cancellation

    For the Grand Cayman Jet Ski Rental Excursion from the Beach ,we issue full refund for your deposit or full payment to us if:

    • You want to cancel at any time, for any reason, before or after your arrival. Simply contact us via email reservations@shoreexcursioneer.com within 14 days of your missed excursion date for a deposit refund.
    • Your ship arrives into port late and you cannot make it in time to the meeting location.
    • Your ship misses/skips the port.
    • Weather conditions or equipment failure prevents the operator to run the excursion.
    • A medical problem prevents you from safely participating in the excursion (we will verify with the tour operator or guest may send doctor's note).
    • Cancellations that do not comply with the above may not be subject to refund. Guests must notify us within 14 days after their excursion date via email for requesting a refund of booking payment made to Shore Excursioneer.
    • Refunds may be subject to a service charge fee as determined by the payment processor, please refer to Terms and Conditions for more information.

We loved and enjoyed this excursion. I thought i wrote a review yrs ago. We took the excursion in 2018. The shuttle had left already and the owners personally took us back in their suv to our ship so we didnt have to wait for the next shuttle..they went above and beyond for us. My husband and I really are happy and will always use this company to book excursions.

This was my first time riding a jet ski and it will not be the last! Those things are a blast! We had some really good weather so the water was not too bumpy. Maybe that helped.

The guides was very nice and the water was very warm. There was a bathroom on site as you could change before/after jet skiing and the company even made sure that your belongings was safe as a staff member was on site at their office at all times.

My husband and I rented the one hour jet ski rental. We were able to take turns driving and riding. We followed the employee driver 5 miles out into the ocean where he showed us the area for us to do our cruising. He stayed on his own jet ski visible the entire time and was not intrusive. He was just there in case we had problems but let us do whatever we wanted and was then there to guide us back to shore when our hour was up. It was an excellent experience, and everything was just as advertised, with one small exception. It was advertised that we would get transported to the location, but it was actually about a 5 minute walk from the cruise port, so not a big deal. And a small locker with a lock was made available for us to store valuables while on the water. Tour driver was extremely friendly and professional.

we rented a jet ski for an hour. the tour guide took us out and let us loose. said we could go anywhere we wanted. I was in awe. we really enjoyed this excursion. we were able to explore any where we wanted to without a guide. An hour was actually a little long for us. we both shared one jet ski since I had never been on one before I allowed my boyfriend to drive it with me on back. we had a blast. we stopped and watched ocean life on the sand floor too. the price was real cheap too. they do not have lockers for you to put your stuff in but the guys held it in their van without any problems. we actually walked tova store to be picked up and didn't need to they were waiting at the cruise port area but I was confused. but the bus driver came and found us and picked us up. on the way back the bus had already left so the boss lady drove us back I. her personal vechile. I would recommend this excursion to anyone wanting to drive jet skis to explore at their own pace. it was great.

We really enjoyed this experience. The water was so clear that we could see a couple of starfish and a stingray from the surface. It was pure fun! The jet skis were clean and fast. Nice staff.
