      • We recommend you wear a swimsuit under sensible clothes and sports sandals or water shoes.
      • Bring along sun protection, a waterproof camera, towels, cash for balance payment, water sports, food/drinks, etc.
    Excursion Restrictions
    • The minimum participation age is 9 years old.
    • The minimum age for driving a jet ski is 16 years old.
    • Maximum combined weight per jet ski or Waverunner is 350 lbs (158 kg).
    • Guests under 18 years old must be accompanied by an adult or guardian participating in the excursion.
    • This excursion is not allowed for guests with limited mobility.

    No, it is not necessary to take along your passport unless noted by your cruise line or listed in the Restrictions or Notes tab for the excursion. Your local operator has your booking noted. Please arrive with a printed copy of your eticket or digital copy if applicable.
    Cancellation

    For the Roatan Jet Ski and West Bay Beach Break Excursion,we issue full refund for your deposit or full payment to us if:

    • You want to cancel at any time, for any reason, before or after your arrival. Simply contact us via email reservations@shoreexcursioneer.com within 14 days of your missed excursion date for a deposit refund.
    • Your ship arrives into port late and you cannot make it in time to the meeting location.
    • Your ship misses/skips the port.
    • Weather conditions or equipment failure prevents the operator to run the excursion.
    • A medical problem prevents you from safely participating in the excursion (we will verify with the tour operator or guest may send doctor's note).
    • Cancellations that do not comply with the above may not be subject to refund. Guests must notify us within 14 days after their excursion date via email for requesting a refund of booking payment made to Shore Excursioneer.

This experience was exactly what we were looking for! My wife and I were in search of a private experience and thanks to our guide Shorn, we got just that. He first drove us as expected to a distant beach - about a 20-30 minute drive - where we boarded two jet skis for our 30 minute freedom fun ride. Then we decided to leave the beach a bit early as we were both already burnt from the hot careibean sun. Then Shorn became our persona tour guide and led us to a nearby chocolate production company and a monkey / sloth experience. He took us to a couple of other places we wanted to check out as well as drove us to a restaurant where we had a fantastic lunch and we bought his lunch as a part of his tip. Shorn was knowledgeable of the island history and a pleasure to speak with throughout the day. My only issue with the trip was the ad for the excursion states the wifi and beach chairs at the resort are included and it was actually 10$ a person more for these things. So that was somewhat disappointing but Shorn made up for it in making several stops on our way back to the cruise line. Thanks for the great day ! Oh. PS- it is a bit of a hike to meet Creg at the beginning as they are not located within the cruise terminal area. They are up a steep hill and then back down the other side outside of the typical area where you would expect them to be.

My family and I booked this excursion during our last visit in Roatan. It was a great option since my wife could lay down and sunbathe while I and my son went jet skiing. Everyone was very attentive and friendly. We are definitely going back next year!
