    • The minimum age for driving a Jet Ski/Waverunner is 16 years old.
    • The minimum age for participation age is 5 years old.
    • Guests must be physically able to pull themselves onto the Jet Ski which requires some upper-body strength.
    • 400lbs (180Kg) is the maximum weight per jet ski allowed.

    Do I need to take my passport with me on the Grand Cayman Jet Ski Stingray City and Coral Reef Snorkel Safari Excursion to show with my Electronic Shore Excursion Ticket?
    No, it is not necessary to take along your passport unless noted by your cruise line or listed in the Restrictions or Notes tab for the excursion. Your local operator has your booking noted. Please arrive with a printed copy of your eticket or digital copy if applicable.
    Cancellation

    For the Grand Cayman Jet Ski Stingray City and Coral Reef Snorkel Safari Excursion, we issue full refund for your deposit or full payment to us if: Canceled by client prior to excursion date with a minimum of 48 hours prior notice by email to reservations@shoreexcursioneer.com.

    For cancellation reasons below, you must contact us via email within 14 days after your excursion:

    • Your ship arrives into port late and you cannot make it in time to the meeting location (we will verify with the tour operator).
    • Your ship skips/misses the port.
    • Weather conditions or equipment failure prevents the operator from running the excursion.
    • A medical problem prevents you from safely participating in the excursion (we will verify with the excursion operator and the guest may send doctor's note). This applies to individuals only and not the remainder of the group.
    • Cancellations/deposit refund requests that do not comply with the above may not be subject to refund.
    • Refunds may be subject to a service charge fee as determined by the payment processor, please refer to Terms and Conditions for more information.

When we first got there we were met with bad news, the seas were to rough to take the jet skis out. Very saddening- but- they made up for it! There were 3 other couples on the tour with us and we all got onto a really nice boat. Way better then other boats we ended up seeing out on the water. Loved the small grouping too....so much better then other services that put you on a large boat with tons of others. Very personal guide who took great care to make sure we thoroughly enjoyed our snorkeling and stingray experiences. This is the way to go!

Me and my girlfriend did a jet ski trip to stingray city and a snorkel spot with our cruise in September. Our tour guide was wonderful and very patient with us. He talked to us a lot about the Island and described places we were visiting as well as actively helped us play with and feed the stingrays. Overall a wonderful trip would recommend to anyone.

These guys are great! Thanks Nathan! Our Cruise was late coming in... they accommodated and waited for us. Communication was great. They also gave us a tour of the city and told us where to go and where not to go. The guys went above and beyond our expectations. 5-star! Here's some video: https://youtu.be/QdQ1_CMKFfA Only the jetski to the snorkling part was with them. This is a "must do"... highlight of our trip for sure. We watched other tour operators out there with 100 people... We were lucky to have an amazing guide all to ourselves. The water was warm and clear. It was amazing all the sea-life in plain view. The Seadoo's were current and in good shape... ran awesome. Can't say enough about the excursion.

This was a very good excursion with knowledgeable, friendly guides and small numbers. The guides don't bring cameras however so if you want pictures with the sting rays you'll have to bring a waterproof one or a sturdy zip lock bag!

We know Jerod, earlier review below, and he highly recommended this excursion to me and my husband. The water was a little rough that day, however, the water was still crystal clear and was glowing turquoise! Our small group had the most hands on stingray fun. Other groups on boats didn't even get to interact with the stingrays or even get into the water. Our guides were fun and they brought the stingrays right to us. It was amazing! On our way back we snorkled and the fish were huge with lots to see! Highly recommend this excursion!!! We will do this again with all the kids. Thank you all for the best time!!!

Took my two kids with me, age 6 and 11, on a 3 person wave runner and had an absolute blast. Our guides were awesome and totally laid back. We got to hang out with the sting rays, zoom to our hearts content on the wave runners and then got to do a bit of snorkeling on another reef. The whole experience was really easy from pick-up near the cruise terminal to getting fit for equipment to riding the open water. I would totally do this again it was awesome.

Highly recommended excursion. The staff was very personable and if course only having a total of 6 people per tour helped with that. The big difference with this over any other was that we had MUCH more time and on hands experience than any other. As we were in Sting Ray city and in the water interacting with the Stingrays all around us I couldn't help but notice one if the big tours from the ship nearby. They had a huge circle of 30 people all trying to get a glimpse of a Ray and maybe get a chance to pet it. At the same time we were surrounded by them in the water and got to interact with them the entire time. If you like big crowds and a limited commercial experience then this is not for you. If you like no lines, a good time, and a big hands on adventure then this is a must do!

We went on Feb. 21, 2014 and rode the jet skis, toured the Stingray city and then snorkeled on the coral reef. They provide fast top notch ski doos and even provide your mask and flippers. The guides let you do your thing and gave you plenty of time to play. Definitely do this excursion.

Hey we did this on our cruise to Grand Cayman a couple of months ago. It was a lot of fun. My buddy wanted more time jet skiing and less time snorkeling but most everybody else seemed to think it was good amount of time.
