    Excursion Notes
      • We suggest you bring along a change of clothes, towel, sun protection, bug repellent, camera, and cash for balance payment, transportation, tips, etc.
      • Your Cozumel Mayan Jungle ATV Adventure and Beach Club Excursion can be dusty or muddy depending on the weather conditions. Showers are available at our jungle camp.
    • Not available on Sundays

    • This Cozumel Mayan Jungle ATV Adventure and Beach Club Excursion is not allowed for guests with limited mobility.
    • Guests must have their valid driver's license with them to drive.
    • The maximum weight for a single-rider ATV is 240 lbs (110 Kg) or a combined weight of 440 lbs (200 Kg) for tandem ATV riding.
    • Closed-toe shoes are required for your safety and comfort while riding your ATV.
    • Guests under the influence of alcohol or drugs may be denied participation and will not receive a refund.
    • The minimum participation age is 6 years old and 18 years old to drive an ATV on this Cozumel shore excursion.

    The ATV Excursion can be operated in rain or shine, however, it is the local operator who will decide if the excursion may be canceled due to safety reasons.
    Do I need to take my passport with me on the Cozumel Mayan Jungle ATV Adventure and Beach Club Excursion to show with my Electronic Shore Excursion Ticket?
    No, it is not necessary to take along your passport unless noted by your cruise line or listed in the Restrictions or Notes tab for the excursion. Your local operator has your booking noted. Please arrive with a printed copy of your eticket or digital copy if applicable.
    Cancellation

    For the Cozumel Mayan Jungle ATV Adventure and Beach Club Excursion, we issue full refund for your deposit or full payment to us if: Canceled by client prior to excursion date with a minimum of 24 hours prior notice by email to reservations@shoreexcursioneer.com.

    For cancellation reasons below, you must contact us via email within 14 days after your excursion:

    • Your ship arrives into port late and you cannot make it in time to the meeting location (we will verify with the tour operator).
    • Your ship skips/misses the port.
    • Weather conditions or equipment failure prevents the operator from running the excursion.
    • A medical problem prevents you from safely participating in the excursion (we will verify with the excursion operator and the guest may send doctor's note). This applies to individuals only and not the remainder of the group.
    • Cancellations/deposit refund requests that do not comply with the above may not be subject to refund.
    • Refunds may be subject to a service charge fee as determined by the payment processor, please refer to Terms and Conditions for more information.

Tour was great but had some misconceptions. Instructions to get to the meet up was accurate. At the office we had to pay for the remaining balance (if you didn't bring cash, that's fine they take credit but there's a fee for that). ATV was fun and tour guides were great. We rode around for an hour. There was a guy taking pictures so bring money for that if you want to buy digital copy. Definitely bring enough cash to pay the balance and for tip! After the tour, we went back to the office area where we did an tequila tasting. We all had some samples and the guy expected one of the members to buy a bottle but she ended up not getting anything. The guy that offered the sampling was upset and didn't even take her tip saying he can't even buy a coca cola with that. That comment seemed unprofessional, especially since it was an added bonus to the tour. After the tasting, we had a fajita lunch. It was a choice between chicken or beef. There was meat, fajita, guac and beans but no rice (as listed). It wasn't really clear if we could have water or any soft drinks - they didn't let us know so I just drank my water since I didn't want to pay anything extra. Lunch wasn't next to the beach either if you were expecting that (from what I read from the reviews). I would do the tour again and recommend it to others as it was an affordable tour but to definitely read what's included to get all the benefits.

We booked the night before and didn't know what to expect. We docked at a different port and took a short taxi ride which made us a little late however they were very understanding and accommodated us. We drove our own jeep to the ATV site which was awesome we got the full experience. We then met alejandro who took us on the ride which was super exciting bump wet and dirty we loved it ! We then drove back to enjoy our lunch which was delicioussss and we topped it off with a tequila tasting AMAZINGGGG !!! After all the excitement we relaxed in the beach resort swinging on hammocks on the water , yes I said on the water !!! Would recommend and will def be going back !!!

I recently took this tour with teens and husband and really had a blast. This was our first time riding an ATV and was very easy. The guide provides instructions before starting and he took good care of us. If taking this tour, be aware you will get dirty and muddy during the tour, so bring a change of clothes and shoes. The experience is worth and will really enjoy this activity.

First time ever riding on any ATV and it was a great experience and a lot of fun going through the jungle. The fellas that work there were very nice as well. They randomly took pictures through out the rides, and offered them to me for a small fee. I suggest doing this excursion! The beach and pool were offered to us to use as well. We were fed lunch which consist of Fajitas and rice and that was very very delicious while lunching on the water.

We have been to Cozumel many times and wanted to do something different. This excursion's meeting place was next door to the cruise pier making it easy to walk and meet our guide. He directed us to a waiting spot and once everyone showed up, we followed the guide in a jeep to the jungle area. The one-hour adventure was lots of fun with plenty of speed, dust, mud and jungle. The company had a photographer who raced ahead to take pictures of us which we purchased at the end of the tour for only $20 per couple. Then we followed the guide back to the hotel meeting place where we ate a delicious meal by the ocean. The day was extremely windy, so we did not spend any additional time at the beach resort, although it was available to us.

We have been to Cozumel many times but this is they best excursion we have ever done. Hector our tour guide took us by buggy to Jungle Adventures where Alex guided us into the jungle on ATV's. It was an amazing hour of high speed driving in and out of the puddles and mud. I was on an ATV with my 8 year old son who Loved it! In fact all of my kids loved it. We then had the opportunity to take a tour to a Tequila factory. That was fun. The samples were good too. Next we headed to the Resort and had a delicious Lunch we were not expecting of Fajitas. Delicious! The resort is super close to the port so we were able to open a lot of time swimming and snorkeling in the ocean and swimming in the resort pool. We can not wait to go back to Cozumel as we will visit Alex and do this excursion again!! So worth the money!!

I did this shore excursion with my sons and we had a great time and learned a lot too. Riding through the jungle gave us some great memories to take home with us. The staff was great and provided everything that we needed that day. Got a little dirty, but totally worth it!
