    Is the Malaga to Marbella and Banus Excursion canceled if raining?
    The excursion runs rain or shine. In extreme weather conditions, the local operator will cancel or reschedule if possible.
    Are there restrooms?
    Restrooms are located at each stop. In Europe, a small package of tissues is suggested as public restrooms may or may not have toilet paper. Most public restrooms require a small fee. Having a few local coins is highly recommended as they do not make changes. 
    Do stores take USD? 
    Most large stores and restaurants will take major credit cards and some may take other currencies besides the Euro. Small stores restaurants or sidewalk vendors will usually only take local currency. The best exchange rates for currency are usually at a major bank.

    Cancellation

    For the Malaga to Marbella and Banus Sightseeing and Shopping Excursion, we issue full refund for your deposit or full payment to us if: Canceled by client prior to excursion date with a minimum of 24 hours prior notice by email to reservations@shoreexcursioneer.com.

    For cancellation reasons below, you must contact us via email within 14 days after your excursion:

    • Your ship arrives into port late and you cannot make it in time to the meeting location (we will verify with the tour operator).
    • Your ship skips/misses the port.
    • Weather conditions or equipment failure prevents the operator from running the excursion.
    • A medical problem prevents you from safely participating in the excursion (we will verify with the excursion operator and the guest may send doctor's note). This applies to individuals only and not the remainder of the group.
    • Cancellations/deposit refund requests that do not comply with the above may not be subject to refund.
    • Refunds may be subject to a service charge fee as determined by the payment processor, please refer to Terms and Conditions for more information.

I had a great time on this tour. From Marbella to Puerto Banus. Such a lovely drive. The villas, homes - beautiful architecture, really stunning. We had some free time to walk around Nueva Andalucia - flea market. I was able to get some gifts for my family and a few things for myself. Thank you for a great day.

Marbella was beautiful. The guide did a great job showing us the sites. Puerto Banus was amazing. Enjoyed the free time to walk around and do some shopping. Excellent all around.
