    • The minimum age for alcohol consumption on this St. Kitts Marriott Resort and The Royal Beach Casino Day Pass is 18 years old.
    • Up to 2 children (3 to 11 years old) are free per one adult day pass.
    • Even though the St. Kitts Marriott Resort and the Royal Beach Casino are child-friendly, children must be supervised at all times.
    • Guests wishing to go into the casino are required to show proof of age - 18 years old is the minimum (this applies to anyone wishing to go into the casino, not just gamble). Beach attire is not permitted; guests must be properly covered and shoes are required.

    Cancellation

    For the St. Kitts Marriott Resort and The Royal Beach Casino Day Pass, we issue full refund for your deposit or full payment to us if: Canceled by client prior to excursion date with a minimum of 48 hours prior notice by email to reservations@shoreexcursioneer.com.

    For cancellation reasons below, you must contact us via email within 14 days after your excursion:

    • Your ship arrives into port late and you cannot make it in time to the meeting location (we will verify with the tour operator).
    • Your ship skips/misses the port.
    • Weather conditions or equipment failure prevents the operator from running the excursion.
    • A medical problem prevents you from safely participating in the excursion (we will verify with the excursion operator and the guest may send doctor's note). This applies to individuals only and not the remainder of the group.
    • Cancellations/deposit refund requests that do not comply with the above may not be subject to refund.
    • Refunds may be subject to a service charge fee as determined by the payment processor, please refer to Terms and Conditions for more information.

Marriott was Great, Mr. Sunshine was sketchy Dallas, Texas, US

My husband and I showed up at the location as indicated to meet Mr. Sunshine. I still had a balance due on my excursion and I had also already paid a deposit. Mr. Sunshine asked for additional money and stated it was because the price increased due to fuel costs. I did not pay Mr. Sunshine more and that really left a bad taste. If I wanted to tip, I would have tipped. He did get $2 out of me, but if I had exact change he would have only gotten that. Very disappointed in this, however, the Marriott was beautiful so I would not hesitate to go there again. I would probably book directly and find my own transportation. Just giving people a heads up as I felt like his actions were very sketchy.

I was so happy with our day at the Marriott and the island of St Kitts. The beach was awesome and the water was perfect, crystal clear with just enough waves. It was a quick ride to the resort, our driver very friendly and gave us an informal tour on the way. Will definitely do this again when I return next year.

We had a great time in St.Kitts (thanks). Hans our tour guide took us to pigeon island and stayed with us the whole time. Hans was great he waited on us hand and foot.

The resort is amazing, we didn't have a problem to find our driver, the food is delicious and we get our discount. We only paid what we get, there is a sandy beach. Don't leave without trying the sandwiches in the calypso cafe, I swear you will love it. I think shore excursioneer is a great deal in comparison to other vendors.

We choose this day pass because let's be honest, sometimes you pay more for the "all-inclusive options" than what you really get. With this package, we didn´t have to worry about getting a taxi because the transportation is round trip and included in the price. The food options were great and we only had to pay what we wanted to eat and drink. The areas of the resort are clean and the staff is ready to help. Next time I will come for sure and need to try a spa service. I totally recommend.

Excellent resort for a day pass! Pick up was easy and we got to the Marriot faster than I thought. The check-in was quick and we spent the day at the beach. The food was great and the casino was really fun!! I recommend this excursion to anyone!
