Departing from downtown Juneau, you will transfer to the Mendenhall Valley and the beautiful Mendenhall Lake, approximately 30 minutes away. Your experienced Alaska rafting guide will steer you across the serene waters of the lake, maneuvering past the floating icebergs, to the river beyond. You will be rafting a five-mile stretch of river from Mendenhall Lake, in the Tongass National Forest.
