    Excursion Notes
      • Seating on the plane is based on weight and is up to the pilot.
      • You must indicate each participant's weight at the time of booking. A pop-up page will appear after you pay that must be filled out.
      • Note that the weight is fully clothed with shoes and a jacket.
      • We suggest you have cash on hand for refreshments, excursion staff gratuities, shopping, etc.
      • Layered clothing and sensible, rubber-soled walking shoes are highly recommended.
      • Please pay attention to the restrictions and requirements for this excursion, no refund will be granted if the requirements are not met.
    Excursion Restrictions
    • This excursion is not wheelchair accessible.
    • Guests 24 months and older must be in a seat per FAA rules.
    • Guests 23 months and under may go as a free lap child or pay for a seat at a regular price.
    • Children 17 and under must be accompanied by an adult.
    • The maximum participant weight is 250 lbs (113 Kg). There will be assessed a weight surcharge of $150 if the weight limit is exceeded. This will be paid directly to the operator.
    • Each plane holds a maximum of 4 to 6 guests plus the pilot.
    • This tour is accessible to guests with some mobility limitations. Not accessible for guests using a wheelchair or walking device.
    • Guests are allowed one very small carry-on (backpack).
    • All guests must be able to navigate the ramp to/from the floating dock, which may be steep at low tide.
    • All guests must be able to step up into, and down from the plane via a small metal step.

    • Your ship arrives into port late and you cannot make it in time to the meeting location (we will verify with the tour operator).
    • Your ship skips/misses the port.
    • Weather conditions or equipment failure prevents the operator from running the excursion.
    • A medical problem prevents you from safely participating in the excursion (we will verify with the excursion operator and the guest may send doctor's note). This applies to individuals only and not the remainder of the group.
    • Cancellations/deposit refund requests that do not comply with the above may not be subject to refund.
    • Refunds may be subject to a service charge fee as determined by the payment processor, please refer to Terms and Conditions for more information.

This flight knocked our socks off. We took off in the water, exciting. The flight was as advertised. Our pilot, John, was great and knowledgeable. The views and scenery were spectacular. We would do this again and highly recommend this excursion. Thank you!

Some investments really worth it in life, definitely, this excursion was one of those good investments. Simple, there is no other way to admire the magnificence of the fjords landscape than this. It is just beyond beautiful.

This excursion was the highlight of our Alaska vacation. I cannot say enough good things about the staff and pilot (Kevin). We saw "way more" than we ever thought we would. The flight seem to go on forever. This is the best shore excursion ever!

The pilots were great tour guides. My husband and I saw waterfalls, a huge stone wall and we landed in a quiet place. Music in the headphones as you are flying over Alaska.

First time embarking on a floatplane. We flew over beautiful lakes, mountains, waterfalls. It was real exciting to land on the water and do some exploring. Beautiful and secluded place, it was perfect. The shaky nerves are soon replaced with amazement. Do not let fear keep you from doing this. It is safe and a very special experience.
