    For the Grenada Mount Cinnamon Resort Day Pass Excursion, you will meet directly at the Mount Cinnamon Resort. Plenty of taxis are available at your Grenada cruise terminal and at the resort to take you back (approximate taxi cost is USD 25.00 per ride, not included with excursion). All necessary details will be printed on your Electronic Shore Excursion Ticket.

    Excursion Notes
      • We suggest you bring your swimsuit, sun protection, cash for any shopping, tips, etc.
      • Chairs and loungers are first come, first serve.
      • Please remember Mont Cinnamon Resort is a popular destination and the return can take longer, we suggest returning at least 1.5 hours before your ship's departure time.
      • The excursion does not include transportation. Taxis to return to your Grenada cruise ship terminal are available at the resort. (extra cost).
      • Please note a physical ID is required for check-in at the Mount Cinnamon Hotel. This one will be returned when you check out.
    Excursion Restrictions
    • Please note this excursion is not wheelchair accessible.
    • The minimum age to drink alcohol is 18 years old.
    • Even though the resort is child-friendly, children must be supervised at all times.

    It is up to you! Guests have the option to stay as long as they wish and return to the pier at their leisure and own expense. Depending on your package, the operational hours are from 08:00 AM to 06:00 PM or 11:00 PM to 06:00 PM.
    Do I need to take my passport with me on the Grenada Mount Cinnamon Hotel and Beach Club Day Pass to show with my Electronic Shore Excursion Ticket?
    No, it is not necessary to take along your passport unless noted by your cruise line or listed in the Restrictions or Notes tab for the excursion. Your local operator has your booking noted. Please arrive with a printed copy of your eticket or digital copy if applicable.
    Cancellation

    For the Grenada Mount Cinnamon Hotel and Beach Club Day Pass, we issue full refund for your deposit or full payment to us if: Canceled by client prior to excursion date with a minimum of 24 hours prior notice by email to reservations@shoreexcursioneer.com.

    For cancellation reasons below, you must contact us via email within 14 days after your excursion:

    • Your ship arrives into port late and you cannot make it in time to the meeting location (we will verify with the tour operator).
    • Your ship skips/misses the port.
    • Weather conditions or equipment failure prevents the operator from running the excursion.
    • A medical problem prevents you from safely participating in the excursion (we will verify with the excursion operator and the guest may send doctor's note). This applies to individuals only and not the remainder of the group.
    • Cancellations/deposit refund requests that do not comply with the above may not be subject to refund.
    • Refunds may be subject to a service charge fee as determined by the payment processor, please refer to Terms and Conditions for more information.
