    For Mr. Sancho's Beach All Inclusive Day Pass in Cozumel, you will meet directly at Mr. Sancho's Beach Club (approximate taxi cost is $18.00 USD for a cab of 4 people, per taxi). All details will be printed on your Electronic Shore Excursion Ticket.

    Excursion Notes
      • Towels are not included but are available for rent on-site for $5.00 USD and a $10.00 USD deposit (deposit refunded when returning towel).
      • Food from the restaurant is available all day from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM local Cozumel time. The buffet is set up only to reduce the wait time from the kitchen on those days with more bookings. Bar is open from 09:00 AM to 05:00 PM.
      • The Beach umbrella by your lounge chair is not included but is available for a $12.00 USD rental fee and a $10.00 USD deposit (deposit refunded when returning the umbrella).
      • Snorkel equipment is available for rent ($15.00 USD rental cost to be paid on site) and a $20.00 USD deposit (deposit refunded when returning equipment).
      • Kayaks are available with a $10.00 USD refundable deposit.
      • Volleyballs are available with a $20.00 USD refundable deposit. Both beach and water volleyball are available.
      • Lockers are included for the AI guests. There are only 64 lockers and there is a key deposit of $10.00 USD.

    Excursion Restrictions
    • The minimum age for alcohol consumption is 18 years old.
    • Please take note that the All Inclusive Day Pass section is separated from the "pay as you go" section (no entrance fee for "pay-as-you-go" section).
    • Mr. Sancho's provides free a sand wheelchair to take guests right to the beach area and near the water.

    How do I get to Cozumel?
    There are different ferry companies that run at various times from Playa del Carmen to the island of Cozumel. You may purchase a ticket on any of them that best meets the departure time you need. The ferry ride takes approximately 45 minutes. This excursion meets after a short taxi ride (approximate taxi cost is $18.00 USD for a cab of 4 people, per taxi).
    What is the smallest life jacket size you have for children?
    The smallest is for a 4-year-old.
    Does Mr. Sanchos offer gluten-free food?
    Yes. Mr. Sancho's also offers a gluten-free menu.
    Is towel service at Mr. Sancho's Beach Club included in this all-inclusive day pass package?
    Towels are not included at Mr. Sanchos but are available for rent at a nominal fee.
    Is Mr. Sancho's Excursion canceled if it is raining?
    The beach excursion can be operated in rain. In case you decide not to use your all-inclusive beach break or not go to the beach at all, simply contact us via email within 14 days of your excursion date for a complete refund.
    Can I pay the balance to Mr. Sancho's with a credit card?
    Yes, the balance can be paid with a credit card MasterCard/Visa (no American Express), cash USD, or cash MXP.
    Do I need to take my passport with me on the Mr. Sanchos Beach All Inclusive Day Pass from Playa del Carmen to show with my Electronic Shore Excursion Ticket?
    No, it is not necessary to take along your passport unless noted by your cruise line or listed in the Restrictions or Notes tab for the excursion. Your local operator has your booking noted. Please arrive with a printed copy of your eticket or digital copy if applicable.
    Cancellation

    For the Mr. Sanchos Beach All Inclusive Day Pass from Playa del Carmen,we issue full refund for your deposit or full payment to us if:

    • You want to cancel at any time, for any reason, before or after your arrival. Simply contact us via email reservations@shoreexcursioneer.com within 14 days of your missed excursion date for a deposit refund.
    • Your ship arrives into port late and you cannot make it in time to the meeting location.
    • Your ship misses/skips the port.
    • Weather conditions or equipment failure prevents the operator to run the excursion.
    • A medical problem prevents you from safely participating in the excursion (we will verify with the tour operator or guest may send doctor's note).
    • Cancellations that do not comply with the above may not be subject to refund. Guests must notify us within 14 days after their excursion date via email for requesting a refund of booking payment made to Shore Excursioneer.
    • Refunds may be subject to a service charge fee as determined by the payment processor, please refer to Terms and Conditions for more information.

This place should be a MUST when visiting the Caribbean. It's beautiful and a true bargain for fresh seafood and amazing drinks. We just relaxed and enjoyed the sea and the pool. We took a massage and it was awesome. The staff treated us like family. I loved this place, next time I'll stay at Cozumel just to go to Mr. Sanchos all the days I spend there.

We have been at Mr. Sanchos a couple of times when cruising, this time we were staying a week at a resort outside of Playa del Carmen but the seaweed was so bad we could not go to the beach much. We did not want to miss the chance to visit this amazing club this year, so we took the ferry to Cozumel and had a great time! NO SEAWEED AT ALL!!! Mr. Sanchos never lets us down with great food, service and this year super clean seaweed free beaches.
