    Meeting Point

    For the Cozumel Mr. Sanchos All Inclusive Day Pass, you will meet directly at Mr. Sanchos Beach which is an approximate 8-minute taxi ride from the Puerta Maya and the International pier or a 15-minute taxi ride from Punta Langosta downtown pier. All details will be printed on your Electronic Shore Excursion Ticket.

    Excursion Notes
      • Departure times are set when you arrive.
      • Operational hours are from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM local Cozumel time.
      • The total duration depends on the number of guests in your group.
      • Solo or tandem parasailing is also available - no triple flights allowed.
    • Not available on Sundays
    Excursion Restrictions
    • This Parasailing is only available if you purchased the Mr. Sanchos All Inclusive Day Pass.
    • Flights are available as weather conditions allow! The port captain may close all water activities which is not the decision of Mr. Sanchos. There also must be sufficient wind but not too much. 
    • Not available on Sundays.
    • The minimum participation age is 6 years old.
    • The minimum age for single riding is 12 years old. Tandem option for those 6-12 years old.
    • No triple flights allowed.
    • The maximum weight is 425 lbs (190 kg), and the minimum weight is 120 lbs (55 kg) to fly solo.
    • Guests must be able to maneuver from the beach club area, across the sand and climb into the boat at the water's edge. Please contact us to check any questions about handicapped limitations.
    • This Cozumel Mr. Sanchos Beach Parasailing Excursion may involve risks. We suggest you check with your elected person of choice to see if these possible risks might affect you.
    Frequently Asked Questions
    Someone in my group does not want to parasail but can they go and watch me do it?
    Observer space availability depends on space sold for flyers per departure. No advanced bookings can be made for observer spots. 
    Are there other services available at the beach?
    Yes, you can rent lockers, and purchase diving tours, snorkeling tours, banana boat rides, ATV rides, horseback riding, jet skis, etc. 
    Is the Mr. Sanchos Parasailing Excursion canceled if it is raining?
    The parasailing/beach excursion can often be operated with rain. In case you decide not to use your all-inclusive beach break or not go to the beach at all, simply contact us for a complete refund.
    Are there taxis available to return to the ship?
    Yes, always there are taxis available waiting at the beach club access.
    Do I need to take my passport with me on the Cozumel Mr. Sanchos Beach Parasailing Excursion to show with my Electronic Shore Excursion Ticket?
    No, it is not necessary to take along your passport unless noted by your cruise line or listed in the Restrictions or Notes tab for the excursion. Your local operator has your booking noted. Please arrive with a printed copy of your eticket or digital copy if applicable.
    Cancellation

    For the Cozumel Mr. Sanchos Beach Parasailing Excursion,we issue full refund for your deposit or full payment to us if:

    • You want to cancel at any time, for any reason, before or after your arrival. Simply contact us via email reservations@shoreexcursioneer.com within 14 days of your missed excursion date for a deposit refund.
    • Your ship arrives into port late and you cannot make it in time to the meeting location.
    • Your ship misses/skips the port.
    • Weather conditions or equipment failure prevents the operator to run the excursion.
    • A medical problem prevents you from safely participating in the excursion (we will verify with the tour operator or guest may send doctor's note).
    • Cancellations that do not comply with the above may not be subject to refund. Guests must notify us within 14 days after their excursion date via email for requesting a refund of booking payment made to Shore Excursioneer.
    • Refunds may be subject to a service charge fee as determined by the payment processor, please refer to Terms and Conditions for more information.
