    For the Cozumel Mr. Sanchos VIP Romantic Day at the Beach Excursion, you will meet directly at Mr. Sanchos Beach (approximate taxi cost is USD 18.00 for a cab of 4 people, per taxi). All details will be printed on your Electronic Shore Excursion Ticket.

    • Pool bar exclusively for all-inclusive and VIP packages.

    • Water and beach volleyball and more.
    Excursion Notes
      • There is a minimum of 2 guests per cabana.
      • You are free to come and go at any time, operational hours are Monday to Saturday 9:00 AM to 05:00 PM, and Sunday 10:00 AM to 05:00 PM local Cozumel time.
      • Food from the restaurant is available all day from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM local Cozumel time. The bar is open from 09:00 AM to 05:00 PM.
      • The complimentary 30-minute relaxing massage and rose are only for the VIP couple.
      • Only those guests who purchase an all-inclusive day pass may join a couple at the VIP cabana; pay-as-you-go guests may not.
      • Towels are not included but are available for rent on-site for USD 5.00 and a USD 10.00 deposit (deposit refunded when returning towel).
      • The beach umbrella by your lounge chair is not included but is available for a USD 12.00 rental fee and a USD 10.00 deposit (deposit refunded when returning umbrella).
      • Snorkel equipment is available for rent (USD 15.00 rental cost to be paid on site) and a USD 20.00 deposit (deposit refunded when returning equipment).
      • Kayaks are available with a USD 10.00 refundable deposit.
      • Volleyballs are available with a USD 20.00 refundable deposit. Both beach and water volleyball are available.
      • Lockers are available for the AI guests. There are only 64 lockers and there is a key deposit of USD 10.00.
        Please note Mr. Sanchos Beach Club also offers a gluten-free menu. You can see the options listed in the description of this excursion.

    If others join us at the cabana who just purchase the All Inclusive, will they also receive a complimentary 30-minute massage and rose?
    No, the massage and rose are just for the couples who book the VIP.

    Yes, you can purchase snorkeling, ATV rides, horseback riding, jet skis, etc. Contact us for special discounted prices for additional activities at Mr. Sanchos Beach Cozumel.
    Does Mr. Sanchos offers gluten-free food?
    Yes. Mr. Sanchos also offers a gluten-free menu. 
    Is Mr. Sanchos Excursion canceled if it is raining?
    The beach excursion can be operated with rain.
    Are there taxis available to return to the ship?
    Yes, always there are taxis available waiting at Mr. Sanchos beach club entrance (approximate taxi cost is USD 18.00 for a cab of 4 people, per taxi).
    Can I pay the balance to Mr. Sanchos with a credit card?
    Yes, the balance can be paid with a credit card MasterCard/Visa (no American Express), or cash.
    I would like to book this Mr. Sanchos Beach VIP package but my children will be booking the regular All Inclusive Beach Day. Can we all be together at the beach?
    Yes. Your family or friends who booked the All-Inclusive Beach Break can be together with you at all times.
    Is towel service at Mr. Sanchos Beach Club included in this all-inclusive day pass package?
    Towels are not included at Mr. Sanchos but are available for rent at a nominal fee.
    Do I need to take my passport with me on the Cozumel Mr. Sanchos Beach Club VIP All-Inclusive Day Pass for 2 to show with my Electronic Shore Excursion Ticket?
    No, it is not necessary to take along your passport unless noted by your cruise line or listed in the Restrictions or Notes tab for the excursion. Your local operator has your booking noted. Please arrive with a printed copy of your eticket or digital copy if applicable.
    Cancellation

    For the Cozumel Mr. Sanchos Beach Club VIP All-Inclusive Day Pass for 2,we issue full refund for your deposit or full payment to us if:

    • You want to cancel at any time, for any reason, before or after your arrival. Simply contact us via email reservations@shoreexcursioneer.com within 14 days of your missed excursion date for a deposit refund.
    • Your ship arrives into port late and you cannot make it in time to the meeting location.
    • Your ship misses/skips the port.
    • Weather conditions or equipment failure prevents the operator to run the excursion.
    • A medical problem prevents you from safely participating in the excursion (we will verify with the tour operator or guest may send doctor's note).
    • Cancellations that do not comply with the above may not be subject to refund. Guests must notify us within 14 days after their excursion date via email for requesting a refund of booking payment made to Shore Excursioneer.
    • Refunds may be subject to a service charge fee as determined by the payment processor, please refer to Terms and Conditions for more information.

Everyone at Mr. Sancho’s was great but our attendant Hector was amazing! Very attentive, kept our drinks full and food coming out fast! He started bringing me two drinks at a time because I was drinking so fast! Massages included were very relaxing and just long enough. The water was beautiful and not too crowded. Quick 15 minute taxi, towel rentals, showers, and any amenities you need. We will definitely be back!

I was barely able to get my husband and son out of the resort. The cabana was clean and comfortable. They had a table with chairs available. We were like 20 steps away from the water. We had an amazing waiter- who was very attentive. The drinks and food quality was good. The massage was a good treat to the day. Our 8 year old got a massage and fell in a coma. lol. I highly recommend this excursion. The taxi service there and back was cheap and safe. Totally worth the money!!!

We always visit Mr. Sanchos when in Cozumel and have been there so many times we’ve lost count. I honestly think we’ve done just about everything you can do there, including staying at their overnight spa suites, and have never been disappointed, it is so beautiful. During our last trip, our server Antonio was beyond amazing! He let us relax but kept the drinks flowing and the food was delicious. We all got a massage on this visit and Selena, Catalina, and Susana were so nice, we felt so relaxed after. Our daughter’s hair braid was so beautiful and we also had a blast parasailing! We wish we were still there and can’t wait to visit again!

Thoroughly enjoyed my time at Mr. Sancho's! It was nice to be cool under the shade of a cabana on a hot-hot summer day! Massages were nice & relaxing (would have like a deep tissue or Swedish, but not available with this package). Food and drinks were good (no limits). Staff was very attentive. Bring extra cash for tips. Also, shops on site. Vendors were not too pushy, though. Does not include taxi ride. Paid $20 coming & going (total $40 + don't forget the tip).

I highly recommend Mr Sanchos all inclusive. My husband and i did the romance package and it was wonderful. Our server was Jesus and he did a excellent job our drinks never ran out and he explained everything that was included in our package. We had a 30 min massage each and Emma was the one who did the massage she was great also. I was so relaxed after my massage. I will be going back when we plan a cruise where we go to Cozumel this will be our go to spot. The beach was gorgeous.i highly recommend you will not be disappointed.

From the second I stepped foot on to Mr. Sanchos resort, I was treated like royalty. My husband, myself, and our two friends were escorted to our private cabana. The staff introduced themselves--they were kind and friendly. Our personal staff, "E.Z." was amazing. He never let a drink go empty. He was very attentive to our requests. My husband and I also had a massage. The ladies were amazing. Lupita did mine and she was super attentive to a lower back pain of mine. She even went above and beyond by getting a very hot towel with peppermint to help alleviate my pain. Lupita, if you are reading this--THANK YOU! The pools were just the right temperature, the food was amazing, the drinks were PERFECT! The resort is very clean and the views are priceless. Our time at Mr. Sanchos was beyond amazing. I am so thankful for the memories I created by visiting this resort.

Having been to Cozumel 4 other times I needed something other than ruins and shopping at port. Not being beach enthusiasts I was intrigued by the romantic VIP package. Cabana did nice job protecting us from sun.The 1/2 hour couples massage given by Lupita and Cecilia was most relaxing. Finally the service staff couldn't have been more accommodating in regards to Drink and Food service. Even ran into a young couple who became engaged during there visit. Overall a great Full day at MR. Sanchos!!!! Only bummer was that WIFI was limited.. Then again who wants to check email on a beautiful day.

We had a great time. The food was okay. My guests preferred the buffet and I stuck to the menu. Coconut shrimp was really good. Drinks were really sweet and took too many to get a buzz. Jesus was a great waiter. He was very attentive. The massage was so awesome that I fell asleep.

Took a day trip excursion to Mr. Sanchos. From Langostino Port, took a taxi, then ended in a beach day Paradise. The beach and ocean was beautiful, and the beach club had many amenities including buffet, cooked to order Mexican food, top shelf drinks and excellent service. We purchased the Mr. Sanchos Beach VIP All Inclusive Romance Day Pass and received a great Beach Palapa with a personal sign "Congratulations Honeymooners" (yes, on the honeymoon). We loved the palapa and the shade and privacy it afforded us, then we had a table plus several chairs to dine. When we first arrived we were greeted warmly by all of the employees, then our servers Eduardo and his assistant immediately offered us drinks and presented us with a menu. We ordered cooked to order fish tacos, coconut shrimp that, chips and salsa - everything was delicious. Our servers checked back on us often, and made us feel at home on the beach... We then had wonderful massages by Yanet and Jenni. The ladies did such a great job on the massages that we extended our time from 30 minutes to 1 hour - totally worth it! We loved that the property had a lot of water sports offered, several separate pools with swim up bars, but our favorite was the bar with the swings. Mr. Sanchos had a nice selection of reasonably priced souvenirs - which made it easy to shop on property - instead of on the port. Mr. Sanchos also had a pharmacy on site - which was one nice feature that we will remember for the next time. We got there at 9:30 in the morning, and didn't want to leave but had to..left at 4:30 p.m. to catch the cruise ship - there was a bit of traffic and it was unnerving - but the taxi driver got us there on time. Thank you Mr. Sanchos. We will be back again very soon!

My husband and I scheduled this excursion May 2016 and had the best day! We had the VIP All Inclusive Romance Day Pass. So happy with this option. We had our own space reserved for us so we didn't have to rush. Food and Drinks were great! The Massage was so nice, right there on the beach. We are going on a cruise Jan 2017 with a stop in Cozumel. We looked at other excursions so we could see more of Cozumel. After research and reading reviews of other places we were afraid we would be disappointed since we had such a good experience at Mr Sanchos. We made the descision to go back for our Mr Sanchos experience!

I did a lot of research trying to find an excellent alternative to using the cruise line shore excursions when i saw the options availableand the prices. I was nervous about trusting as a third party excursion company especially considering we were out of the country. But what shore excursions we had excellent service and prices and options. But this was the best Excursion we had on our cruise mr. Sancho's I thought was very well run the food was great the service was excellent and I absolutely loved the dirty monkeys a cocktail served on that island! Last year I actually left a review directly on mr. Sancho's website but I also wanted to take time to mention that shoreexcursioneer.com did an excellent job and now we are booking another cruise and using shoreexcursioneer.com exclusively for our excursions. They offer great prices excellent guarantees and I haven't been dissatisfied yet!

We had an excellent time at Mr. Sancho's. Teo didn't excellent job with bringing us food and drinks all day he worked very hard. Drinks were good and not watered-down they have an excellent selection also the food was very good my wife got the butterfly shrimp and it was excellent. Kevin also did an excellent job keeping everything going and seeing that we were well taken care of. It was my birthday so we got the all-inclusive romance package with the cabana and it was well worth the extra money. My wife and I are coming back to Cozumel in August 2016 and plan on making this our home for the day.

My husband and 3 boys booked the all inclusive for our trip from the Carnival Breeze 11/19. I added the romance package as I am not fond of getting burned and wanted a place to lay and read my book. This was our best decision ever. My two older boys sampled all the drinks, ate like hogs and didn't cause me to declare bankruptcy. My nine year old looked the beach, the water park, the iguana, the parrots and the food! Your kitchen staff needs a raise, they are excellent. Our waiter was attentive and friendly. The couples massage was divine. Thank you and we will visit again.

This place is top notch for the price. Friendly atmosphere, great workers. All you can eat, wide variety of food, and unlimited drinks. Anyone that has a problem with this place are high maintenance people and don't belong there. They have back massages available for a fee. They also have free Tequila tasting and a free short tour explaining how tequila is made and you can purchase bottles if you want. They also have an outside shower, and area to shop. Sometimes they bring the parrots out and the Iguana and you can have your picture taken with them. The waiters work hard and deserve a nice tip. Just find yourself a chair by the beach or by the pool and they will take very good care of you and you will not be disappointed.

All you have to do is get off the ship, hop in a taxi tell them to take to Mr. Sancho's and you will be there in a matter of minutes. The All inclusive Romance Day Pass was spectacular. Worth the price. We got to choose which cabana we wanted upon arrival. The massage on the beach was an experience I won't soon forget. The unlimited food and drinks were great. The water was gorgeous. We saw many species of fish while snorkeling, but you could see the fish from the surface the water was so clear. We also added a few things to the package. Me and my boyfriend parasailed together. It was a beautiful view from way up high. They video taped the parasailing and put it to music for us for a reasonable price (price is always negotiable) We also did the horseback riding and we snorkeled. If there would have been more time in the day we would have done more. The staff was courteous and professional, always checking on our every need. The swim up bar was fun. The day was not long enough. The beach, restrooms, pool, cabanas, lounge, massage and common areas are all well maintained and clean. We always recommend Mr. Sancho's through shore excursioneer for all of our friends that travel on cruises.

There were a BUNCH of blackbirds in the trees so it was NOT very romantic. And how can they call it ALL INCLUSIVE when the ATV and parasailing and horseback riding is not included.

Was there last tues...had a great time....Food was Very Good.....Francisco was rt on top of it all Great job ...Juilo the pool Bartender was the best..... ...an alot of fun... .well done Mr Sanchos ..great place (reprinted from Fan page)
