This excursion screams fun! Ride the Sky Explorer chairlift, try the Bobsled ride, and try the unique Ragga Ride. There are other attractions at the park as well that will help you to relax after all your adventures.


You'll start this great day by meeting your driver/guide right inside the cruise ship terminal. Then it will be just about 6 minutes to the base of Mystic Mountain, the Sky Explorer. This is a chair lift ride that slowly goes up the mountain to the park. You will see views of Ocho Rios and Dunn's River Falls along the way. The ride is approximately 20 minutes.

Once at the top of Mystic Mountain, there is so much to do. You will head off to the Bobsled Ride, which was inspired by the 1988 Olympic Bobsled Team from Jamaica. You'll travel 1,000 meters (almost a mile long) on a track that was built into the side of a mountain. With gravity and the rollers on the bottom of the "bobsled" doing all the work, you can choose to slow down to see the sights or take it at full speed the whole way. The ride typically takes 10 minutes.

After bobsledding, get ready for your next adventure - the unique Ragga Ride. Take a seat, but don’t get too used to having your feet on the ground, as you will slowly glide your up the mountain! You’ll sit in pairs for the Ragga ride peacefully going up the mountain from the Pavilion. Get ready for an adrenaline rush, as you arrive at the top you'll go boldly flying down the mountain on the overhead track high above Ocho Rios, veering through 14 turns, swinging out over the hanging cliffs. This thrilling high-speed ride has four automatic braking zones so you can catch your breath and take in the panoramic views of the Caribbean Sea.


You can also try out Anancy’s Web. This maze invites you to climb, swing, and scramble your way up three levels to the top of the 30 ft. aerial maze of ropes and wood at Mystic Mountain. Part jungle gym, part obstacle course.


You can take a stroll along a nature trail, or learn about Jamaican history in the Mystic Pavilion. Maybe you'd like to cool off on the seamless waterslide or sit alongside an infinity pool while taking in the views. There are lots of choices on Mystic Mountain during your 2.25 hours at the top.


But, all days must end sometime. After you take the chairlift back down, your transportation will return you to the meeting point at your cruise ship pier.
