    No, the machines operate with balance and leaning your body. There will be a practice session before heading out so everyone is comfortable.
    Do I need to take my passport with me on the St. Lucia Adventure Off-Road Segway Excursion to show with my Electronic Shore Excursion Ticket?
    No, it is not necessary to take along your passport unless noted by your cruise line or listed in the Restrictions or Notes tab for the excursion. Your local operator has your booking noted. Please arrive with a printed copy of your eticket or digital copy if applicable.

    For the St. Lucia Adventure Off-Road Segway Excursion,we issue full refund for your deposit or full payment to us if:

    • You want to cancel at any time, for any reason, before or after your arrival. Simply contact us via email reservations@shoreexcursioneer.com within 14 days of your missed excursion date for a deposit refund.
    • Your ship arrives into port late and you cannot make it in time to the meeting location.
    • Your ship misses/skips the port.
    • Weather conditions or equipment failure prevents the operator to run the excursion.
    • A medical problem prevents you from safely participating in the excursion (we will verify with the tour operator or guest may send doctor's note).
    • Cancellations that do not comply with the above may not be subject to refund. Guests must notify us within 14 days after their excursion date via email for requesting a refund of booking payment made to Shore Excursioneer.

We (4 of us) absolutely had an amazing time on this excursion. We chose to book this tour independently of the ship when the ship’s Segway excursion conflicted with a morning scuba dive we had planned. This one was much more affordable as well. Our guide Sheldon was fun, friendly and very knowledgable. The Segways were easy to ride after a 5 minute lesson. We went down very scenic trails that led to fantastic scenic overviews of the island and also to a beautiful beach where one could hop off and get a cold drink. We were even provided a tasty snack. Along the way we passed a buddy of Sheldons who was fishing off the bank and proudly displayed his catch of octopus and stonefish to us. We were a little pressed for time in order to get back to the cruise ship on time. After expressing our concern to Sheldon he made sure we got the full tour and promptly got us back on time. I can’t say enough about this. We had the best time and we highly recommend!

I can say many good things about this fantastic excursion I took some weeks ago with my family. Short duration, fun, safe, friendly staff, affordable price, great picture opportunities... just to mention a few. The weather was not great but even with a cloudy day, the tour was super. Oh! I almost forgot, don't worry about crowds, the group is really small and personalized attention for all.

The segways are super easy to do, after some practice with our guide we all became experts. They are fun to drive (ride? operate?) Just do it and you will have a great time.

Love outdoor activities so this was a neat way to do some sight seeing. The segways were smooth but also the reserve where we went was very nice. So much nature, mountains and beach sight. Was an incredible experience recommended for everyone
