    For this Aruba Parasailing Excursion at Palm Beach, you will meet at a beach located a short taxi ride from the pier.  Taxis are available right outside your Aruba cruise terminal.  The ride is approximately 10 minutes and the cost per taxi is approximately $11.00 USD (for 1-4 passengers).   All necessary details will be printed on your Electronic Shore Excursion Ticket. Taxi cost not included.

    • The minimum weight to parasail alone is 90lbs (40Kg).
    • Maximum weight is 325lbs (148Kg).
    • The minimum height is 3'9" (114cm) to fit in the harness.
    • This excursion is not allowed for guests with limited mobility.

    Do I need to take my passport with me on the Aruba Parasailing Excursion at Palm Beach to show with my Electronic Shore Excursion Ticket?
    No, it is not necessary to take along your passport unless noted by your cruise line or listed in the Restrictions or Notes tab for the excursion. Your local operator has your booking noted. Please arrive with a printed copy of your eticket or digital copy if applicable.
    Cancellation

    • Your ship arrives into port late and you cannot make it in time to the meeting location.
    • Your ship misses/skips the port.
    • Weather conditions or equipment failure prevents the operator to run the excursion.
    • A medical problem prevents you from safely participating in the excursion (we will verify with the tour operator or guest may send doctor's note).
    • Cancellations that do not comply with the above may not be subject to refund. Guests must notify us within 14 days after their excursion date via email for requesting a refund of booking payment made to Shore Excursioneer.
    • Refunds may be subject to a service charge fee as determined by the payment processor, please refer to Terms and Conditions for more information.

I wouldn’t say I was scared but I was anxious but excited. Nathan and Lemon (or lime..it was a joke so not sure which. Lol!) gave us instructions and made us feel safe. Very fun experience. Highly recommend.

While on a cruise, my friend and I wanted to go parasailing! Captain Edward and his First Mate Shaquille were absolutely awesome! They took such good care of these two 60 and 70 year old thrill seeking grandmas! It was absolutely awesome! They were great and helped these two ol’ gals have a great time. Highly recommend these two! Thanks, guys!

Highly recommend! This experience was top notch! Customer service from this company was fantastic. We always felt safe and the view was breathtakingly beautiful. We saw so many sea turtles in their natural habitat and the water was beautiful!

We booked Occidental day pass through ShoreExcursioneer (see my review on that ) and decided to book parasailing too. First time doing so I was nervous but new I wanted to try something different and out of my comfort zone. Unfortunately once I was strapped and getting ready I got nervous and ALMOST backed out... but...Jim made sure to make me feel comfortable and let me go whenever I felt ready. Once I as up in the air I realized I was scared out for nothing lol. It was really fun! The sensation is increible and the view..guau! So much fun I could stay there forever but 15 minutes was more than enough for my first extreme adventure ever!!!

My husband and daughter had a fantastic time experiencing their first tandem parasailing excursion together! The team on the beach was very organized and extremely friendly. The two men that took them out in the boat were constantly smiling and joking around. The boat looked to be in new condition, as well as the equipment. They were very thorough in going over all the safety procedures, and buckling them into their harnesses. At all times my husband and daughter (16) felt safe and in good hands. The only negative (and it is minor), is the information provided to us by shoreexcursioneer.com. They said that the taxi was $10, it was actually $17 each way (and according to the taxi stand at the port it has been set at this price for a few years). The other thing was that the name of one the hotels that they told us to be dropped off in between of, has undergone a name change it is now the Hilton. This created some confusion when being dropped off there, luckily our cab driver knew where it was we needed to get to without giving him the hotel names. Seems as though they need to go a better job of keeping the information they provide up to date. Don't get me wrong, I will still use their services and had a great experience, this was just a minor annoyance that I felt might be worth mentioning to other potential purchasers of this excursion!

We expected to have a good time but this was beyond that. The staff was waiting for us when we got there and spoke great English. They explained everything and off we went. I had seen some places where parasailing companies make you take off from the beach. But here you do it from the boat and it is easy. We felt totally safe the entire time. Great crew, great parasailing. We loved our day in Aruba parasailing. Thank you so much for making our vacation great.
