    Excursion Notes
      • Time on Passion Island is approximately 3 hours.
      • Please do not forget to bring sunglasses, a hat, a towel, a change of dry clothes, etc.
      • Your belongings can stay dry and safe in the boat's dry compartment.
      • We recommend bringing cash for transportation (if applicable), purchasing souvenirs, visiting the cash bar, renting other beach activities or tipping your waiter and guides.
    • Not available on Sundays

    • The minimum participation age is 7 years old.
    • Guests under 18 years old must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
    • The jet boat ride to Isla Pasion may be bumpy due to ocean conditions, therefore this excursion is not allowed for pregnant women, guests with back or neck injuries, and guests with mobility issues.
    • The maximum weight allowed is 300 lbs (136kg).
    • Maximum height is 6'2" (188m).

    Cancellation

    For the Cozumel Twister Jet Boat Fun and Passion Island All Inclusive Beach Excursion,we issue full refund for your deposit or full payment to us if:

    • You want to cancel at any time, for any reason, before or after your arrival. Simply contact us via email reservations@shoreexcursioneer.com within 14 days of your missed excursion date for a deposit refund.
    • Your ship arrives into port late and you cannot make it in time to the meeting location.
    • Your ship misses/skips the port.
    • Weather conditions or equipment failure prevents the operator to run the excursion.
    • A medical problem prevents you from safely participating in the excursion (we will verify with the tour operator or guest may send doctor's note).
    • Cancellations that do not comply with the above may not be subject to refund. Guests must notify us within 14 days after their excursion date via email for requesting a refund of booking payment made to Shore Excursioneer.
    • Refunds may be subject to a service charge fee as determined by the payment processor, please refer to Terms and Conditions for more information.

I first and foremost want to thank Ernesto and the boat crew . Ernesto made sure out family was having fun and being safe he always seemed to care . He even took us on an adventure through the mangrove on kayaks. The beach was Beautiful the bar tenders and waiters were great. Nothing more to say but we had an excellent time and would love to go back.

This was a fantastic excursion. Great value for the cost. The jet boat ride was a blast (more on that in a minute). The beach was superb. Very clean, plenty of shade, lots of beach chairs and tables, nice beach, and not crowded. With this excursion you have a staff member from the beach accompany you, explain all the amenities, and checks in on you periodically to ensure all is good. Food was plentiful and good. I didn't have any alcoholic drinks so can't speak to that. Now for the jet boat ride. It was a blast. However, it is not for the faint at heart. They put your belongings in a dry compartment. They put your life jacket on and then strap you in with a 3 point harness, just like amusement park ride. You know you're in for a thrilling ride. With 1,000 HP the boat can move. Straight line is fast and fun, but when the driver gives the signal (he does slow down a bit) he will whip the boat around 180 degrees and a wall of water comes over top of you!! He will do this like 4 times on the way to Pasion Island. You will get soaked so be prepared. And again on the return trip. Everyone on our trip (all adults) had a blast and were screaming like kids. I own a jet ski capable of doing about 63 MPH which can turn on a dime. This ride is like riding a jet ski only on a larger scale. Enjoy. The only downside to the excursion is if your ship docks somewhere other than Punta Lagusta you have to take a taxi to the meeting point. Our ship docked at the International Pier. Taxi's were available and it was only $8 each way for the two of us. Not an issue. One last thing. I have been using Shore Excursioneer for a number of years and have always had outstanding excursions and service. This particular excursion was not even offered by our cruise line.

Our family had a blast being part of this activity while we cruise last month on the Norwegian cruise. The jet boat was thrilling and the island is a real paradise. The place is located on a virgin island white sands and clear water. There were a lot of shaded areas, activities and also the staff make some games to play with the guests. The buffet lunch was plentiful and delicious. The only bad thing to say is that you have to return to the ship and have to leave this fabulous place. I wish we could stay longer. My daughter is planning her wedding next summer and definitely will be in contact with the wedding planner at this place. Thank you Shore Excursioneer for offering such wonderful places.

We had a great time on this excursion! The boat ride was a blast and the guys in charge were so much fun. The island was absolutely beautiful and you could eat and drink as much as you wanted. We would recommend this excursion to everyone and will do it again next time we visit Cozumel!

My husband and I were able to check Isla Pasion off of our bucket list! Finally after many visits to Cozumel we were able to visit this gorgeous island in the fastest, convenient and cheapest way possible! Getting there on the Jet was a blast and while we were there we were pampered by the staff and enjoyed the privacy and also fun beachy environment. The food and drinks kept on coming and the weather was perfect! This is my new favorite place! We are already rebooked for 2019!
