    • Your ship arrives into port late and you cannot make it in time to the meeting location.
    • Your ship misses/skips the port.
    • Weather conditions or equipment failure prevents the operator to run the excursion.
    • A medical problem prevents you from safely participating in the excursion (we will verify with the tour operator or guest may send doctor's note).
    • Cancellations that do not comply with the above may not be subject to refund. Guests must notify us within 14 days after their excursion date via email for requesting a refund of booking payment made to Shore Excursioneer.

We all loved our excursion. Our tour guide and driver were the best. Our guide went and picked up lunch for us, told us history of the island, brought us drinks, and was very nice. We would definitely do this excursion adding if we come back. Thanks again for a wonderful time!

I booked this excursion for my group based on the reviews and I sure am glad I did!!! It was the best excursion we have done to date. Hans was our host and he took very good care of us. It was rainy when we got there, so he drove us around town and spoke about the history of St. Lucia. He took us to a church and allowed us time to walk around inside the church (which was beautiful). He answered our questions, very knowledgeable! He drove us to the beach, hiked up the peak with us, took our pictures, and again answered our questions. We were provided beer, cold and yummy. We were also provided Rum Punch, which was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! My group does not like rum punch, but this was homemade and like nothing we had ever had before. In fact, writing about it now, makes me want some! It was delicious. Before heading back to the port Hans took us to a local eatery and we ate delicious Roti wraps (curry Caribbean yumminess!).The weather did not cooperate very well, but Hans made it such a fun day that we did not mind the rain. Kudos to this company and Hans for providing wonderful service to their guests. Next time we go to St. Lucia, we will be booking this excursion again. Do not hesitate to book this excursion, you will have a lovely time!

We met our tour guide Hans (right off the boat). He told us that the other half of the group had cancelled and the trip should also have been. Luckily for us, his wife and child wanted to go to the beach so we got the private treatment. It was a pleasant trip through town sharing conversation and were there in about 20 minutes. Since one of the smaller, high end cruise ships was anchored just off the island, they got the first half of the beach to themselves. This wasn't an issue as there was sufficient space and chairs for everyone at the other end. Hans supplied us with a cooler of water, juice, beer, and his mother's rum punch for our use. We picked our spot and I was in the water checking out the snorkeling. There was plenty to see under water with the artificial reef and staged area for divers & snuba. The fish were abundant and I was being checked out by a family of cuttlefish that seemed just as interested in me as I in them. Afterwards we checked out the food at the restaurant on site and it was well worth the money. Once finished with lunch we took off up the hill to see the old graveyard and fort and get some photos. Worked up a healthy sweat and when we made it back to the beach had to jump back in and cool off. Spent 4 hours here that flew by but were ready to head back since the punch and beers were now gone. If you're lucky enough to have Hans as your guide, you will not be disappointed with your trip.

The beach although small was quiet and relaxing. Nice powdery sand. If we needed anything Lance (our driver) or Johnny assigned to the beach were there to get our drinks or food!

This was an Amazing Day! It was exactly what we were looking for. Our guide, Hans, was The Best! We arrived early and he put our chairs right in the shade as requested. He introduced us to Smokey the Fruit Guy who sold Delicious drinks straight from his boat. Hans stayed with us the whole day and made sure anything we may have needed was taken care of. He also brought an ice chest of drinks just for us. It included beer, water, and our favorite which was the homemade rum punch that his mother made. DEEEEELICIOUS! It was a great excursion and a relaxing day. Thank You Hans!!!

Relaxing Day at Pigeon Island

Day was pretty much as described. Our guide stayed with us all day, so we were able to leave our stuff on our chairs at the beach and hike up to the fort. Small beach where we stayed, pretty quiet when we got there, but the cruise line excursions start showing up later in the day so it does get busy. No umbrellas, but given we were basically the first ones there, we were able to get some shade. Snorkeling is basically non-existent, not much to see. Beach is nice, bring water shoes. Guy in a boat comes around selling rum drinks, very tasty. Our guide went and got our lunch for us at the restaurant, maximizing our time. We were able to leave a little earlier than normal as we were ready to go, as long as they have a bit of warning. All in all, worth the price of admission.
