    For the St. Maarten Amazing Plane Spotting Excursion at Maho Beach, you will meet right at your St. Maarten Cruise Terminal (Philipsburg) or the St. Martin Cruise Terminal (Marigot). All necessary details will be printed on your Electronic Shore Excursion Ticket.

    Excursion Notes
      • Bring along sun protection, swimsuit, change of clothes, towel, camera, and cash for balance payment, food/drinks, shopping, etc.
      • Guests will be at Maho Beach in time to see the large planes come in for a landing!
      • If guests wish to stay downtown and return to the ship on their own it is about a 15-minute walk or 4-minute water taxi ride.
    Excursion Restrictions
    • Please advise in advance if any guests have collapsible wheelchairs or walkers so transportation can be arranged.
    • Note that Maho beach is not wheelchair accessible due to the sand.

Fun day seeing the planes & Island Cape Coral

Little bit hard to find tour desk in parking lot but once you do it's well worth it. Everyone was so nice and welcoming. We really enjoyed our tour with Humphries who was very nice, informative and funny. We did enjoy the free shot and drinks provided also. Got back to ship with plenty of time to spare to.

We had so much fun. Finding the Excursion Desk at Port was tricky, But once we did, we had a blast. The bus driver explained the Island and places along the way. He did a great job. Once we got there the beach was a bit crowded but everyone was having fun so it was a good time. The beach bar was right there and there was a lady DJ who played great music. People were dancing, eating, drinking, and having a great time. The DJ would announce every time a plane was coming in and Most people would stop and take pictures. Afterwards the bus took us back to the ship with 2 hours to spare. No worry missing the ship.

We had a great time on our excursion to Maho Beach to have some food and watch the planes land. Our tour guide was very friendly and funny and he was very helpful and knowledgeable about the island. We enjoyed the ride to the beach as much as the afternoon itself! Thank you for a great day!

Really enjoyed everyone cheering as the planes approached and went just over our heads. Only downside was the really big planes didn't arrive until early evening and we couldn't wait. Saw quite a few jets. Drink on arrival was a bonus.
