Spend the day deep-sea fishing with your friends or family on your own private fishing charter. What a way to spend the day!

Your day begins when you meet your English-speaking guide just outside the terminal pier. You will be taken to your dock where your private boat, captain, and crew will be waiting to take you on the fishing excursion of your dreams. You decide who comes with you on your private fishing charter up to a maximum of 8 passengers.

Over the next four hours, you will troll for sailfish, blue marlin, wahoo, tuna, mahi-mahi, and other deep-sea fish with the boat in constant motion. Your experienced crew will direct you to the perfect flats and to the deep water hot spots. In fact, Puerto Plata, Cabarete, and Sosua offer what is considered to be some of the best offshore deep-sea fishing available. The lines will be in the water at all times. When there is a strike, the crew will set the hook and then pass the rod to the first guest. It is very possible to have multiple fish on the lines at a time but it is all up to you and Mother Nature.

Relax and enjoy bottled water, beer, sodas, and snacks, all included while you take in some amazing open water scenery. Everything is provided so it's up to you to turn this from a fishing excursion into a catching one!

Enjoy the peace, no need to worry about the crowds on your private charter, so you do not need to focus on anything but the fish. The crew will assist you with the lines, changing out the bait, and also helping you land the fish.

If a fish is caught, you have the option to release or keep it (except those species which are released only by law). There are filet services and many small restaurants where your crew can direct you to have it cooked up at an additional cost. Please check with your cruise line about bringing fish onboard.

Once your private fishing boat returns to the dock, you may choose to return directly back to the ship or sit back and tell your fish stories before returning to the pier.
