      • Walking/hiking shoes are mandatory (no high heels, sandals or flip-flops).
      • We recommend you wear comfortable clothes and long pants are suggested, bring sun and bug protection, cash for souvenirs, tips, etc.
      • Please pay attention to the restrictions and requirements for this excursion, no refund will be granted if the requirements are not met.

    • The minimum participation age is 4 years old.
    • The maximum weight per participant is 350 lbs (170 kg).
    • Minimum waist 18in (45 cm). Maximum hip/waist 50in (127 cm)
    • Due to the activity level of this excursion, participants must be in good physical condition.
    • This excursion is not suitable for pregnant women or guests with limited mobility or back/neck injuries.
    • Please note that cell phones are not allowed due to safety reasons. There will be lockers available to store your personal belongings at an extra cost of $6 USD, once the key is returned, you will be refunded for $1 USD.

    For the St. Lucia Rainforest Adventure Canopy Zip Line Excursion, we issue full refund for your deposit or full payment to us if: Canceled by client prior to excursion date with a minimum of 48 hours prior notice by email to reservations@shoreexcursioneer.com.

    For cancellation reasons below, you must contact us via email within 14 days after your excursion:

    • Your ship arrives into port late and you cannot make it in time to the meeting location (we will verify with the tour operator).
    • Your ship skips/misses the port.
    • Weather conditions or equipment failure prevents the operator from running the excursion.
    • A medical problem prevents you from safely participating in the excursion (we will verify with the excursion operator and the guest may send doctor's note). This applies to individuals only and not the remainder of the group.
    • Cancellations/deposit refund requests that do not comply with the above may not be subject to refund.
    • Refunds may be subject to a service charge fee as determined by the payment processor, please refer to Terms and Conditions for more information.

I took this excursion just a few days ago and it was a blast. Although I was feeling kind of afraid, the adrenaline you feel is crazy good. I can guarantee they have all the safety restrictions and the team know their work. They assisted us all the time and provide accurate instructions to have a good experience. Keep in mind this is the jungle, comfortable clothes, shoes...mainly mosquitos protection are a must.

Family Friendly Zip Lining St Lucia

We had a good time zip lining, there are 9 zip lines, each different lengths. The longest was about 370 ft. The staff was very friendly and enjoyable to be with. You don’t see much as it is in a forest full of trees. The trip from our cruise ship to the place was about 30 minute drive, on very winding roads. I Have gotten car sick on a few occasions and this was one of them. So be prepared if cars make you sick. It was just me and my husband but this would be a fun trip for the kids. After completion, they give you a drink of water or local juice. Wear hiking shoes as there is a little walking from zip line to zip line.

I really like booking through you guys because I can enjoy my excursions in peace since you always make sure we make it back to our cruise on time. I had such an awesome time doing the zip line. The view to the rainforest is like no other. I was alittle bit scared in the beginning but the guide put me at ease and I really enjoyed the rest of the zipping!

We just came back from our cruise. It was fantastic and this excursion was one of the reasons why. This was our first time booking outside the cruise and we were nervous about it. All went excellent, they picked us up on time, they excursion was exactly as described, if not better. Loved ziplining in the trees. Awesome experience! All the staff was very friendly and safe.
