    For the Ocho Rios Waterfalls, River Rafting, and Beach Break Excursion, we issue full refund for your deposit or full payment to us if: Canceled by client prior to excursion date with a minimum of 24 hours prior notice by email to reservations@shoreexcursioneer.com.

    • Your ship arrives into port late and you cannot make it in time to the meeting location (we will verify with the tour operator).
    • Your ship skips/misses the port.
    • Weather conditions or equipment failure prevents the operator from running the excursion.
    • A medical problem prevents you from safely participating in the excursion (we will verify with the excursion operator and the guest may send doctor's note). This applies to individuals only and not the remainder of the group.
    • Cancellations/deposit refund requests that do not comply with the above may not be subject to refund.
    • Refunds may be subject to a service charge fee as determined by the payment processor, please refer to Terms and Conditions for more information.

This was quite an adventure. We have been white water rafting before but nothing like this. We had some fun people in our raft and had a blast with them. It was an easy excursion that you do not need any previous experience to do...in fact we were the only ones that did have some. The guide makes it easy and the river is not expert level. In reality, the guide did all the work and we mainly just laughed! There was even a grandpa with his 2 grandkids in our boat. We climbed to the top of the falls which seemed a little scary but not as tough as we thought. If given the chance to cruise again we would love to go back and do this one more time...it was that fun.
