      • The road to Hana has stretches with uneven surfaces that can produce a rough ride.
      • The roadway around the Volcano is unsafe due to falling rocks, it won't be available until further notice.
      • We suggest you have cash on hand for refreshments, excursion staff gratuities, shopping, bug repellent, towels, etc.
      • Comfortable, cotton clothing is suggested.
      • Closed-toe, rubber-soled walking shoes that support the ankle are highly recommended.

    • Cancellations/deposit refund requests that do not comply with the above may not be subject to refund.
