    For this Nassau Sailing Excursion, you will meet right outside your Nassau Bahamas cruise ship pier terminal. All necessary details will be printed on your Electronic Shore Excursion Ticket.


    What is included?
    • Round-trip transportation from your cruise ship terminal

    • Bottled water, fruit punch, lemonade, iced tea
    • Rum punch after snorkeling
    • Cheese and cracker snack
    • Guided snorkel (approx. 1.25 hours)
    • Sailing (approx. 1.5 hours)
    • The snorkel set includes varied-sized fins, sanitized snorkel, silicone mask, and vest
    • The 12% VAT Bahama Government Tax
    Excursion Notes
      • Bring towels, swimsuits, cameras, and hats.
      • You may wear your swimsuit under your clothes but there are also 2 restrooms on board, and several cabins, if you would like to change. If you think you don't want to be in your wet swimsuit the whole cruise, then feel free to bring along a change of clothes.
      • We recommend that you leave valuables at home, or in your hotel or cruise ship safe.
      • Cash Bar: In addition to the complimentary drinks we do have sodas, beer, and some cocktails for sale so you just need to bring along extra cash (no credit cards) for your bar tab. You are not permitted to bring along your own alcohol/drinks. Sodas are $2 and everything else (beers, cocktails, wine, the Rum Punch before it's 'free') is $5.00 - $8.00 USD
      • Additional rentals available: Nikon Coolpix Underwater Camera ($35.00 USD + $100.00 USD security deposit) and several of the newer design full face snorkel masks ($10.00 USD + $70.00 USD security deposit) - these are quite cool, with increased visibility and they allow you to breathe normally (through both your mouth and your nose).
      • Additional purchases available: T-shirts - usually modeled quite nicely by your crew  - they are in sizes S-XXXL and are $25.00 USD (white) and $30.00 USD (NEW COLORS: royal blue, turquoise) each.
    Excursion Restrictions
    • All guests under 18 years old must be accompanied by paying adult/guardian participating in the same excursion.
    • The minimum age for alcohol consumption is 18 years old.
    • Rum punch will only be served after snorkeling is completed.
    • The minimum participation age is 2 years old.
    • There are no motorized wheelchairs or mobility scooter-accessible vehicles available.
    • This Nassau Half Day Sail and Snorkeling Excursion may involve risks. We suggest you check with your elected person of choice to see if these possible risks might affect you.

    How deep is the reef where we will be snorkeling?
    The reef is shallow - approximately 12' deep so viewing is great.
    I have small children, can they come?
    Yes children are welcome. The minimum participation age is 2 years old.
    Do I need to take my passport with me on the Nassau Half Day Sail and Snorkeling Excursion to show with my Electronic Shore Excursion Ticket?
    No, it is not necessary to take along your passport unless noted by your cruise line or listed in the Restrictions or Notes tab for the excursion. Your local operator has your booking noted. Please arrive with a printed copy of your eticket or digital copy if applicable.
    Cancellation

    For the Nassau Half Day Sail and Snorkeling Excursion,we issue full refund for your deposit or full payment to us if:

    • You want to cancel at any time, for any reason, before or after your arrival. Simply contact us via email reservations@shoreexcursioneer.com within 14 days of your missed excursion date for a deposit refund.
    • Your ship arrives into port late and you cannot make it in time to the meeting location.
    • Your ship misses/skips the port.
    • Weather conditions or equipment failure prevents the operator to run the excursion.
    • A medical problem prevents you from safely participating in the excursion (we will verify with the tour operator or guest may send doctor's note).
    • Cancellations that do not comply with the above may not be subject to refund. Guests must notify us within 14 days after their excursion date via email for requesting a refund of booking payment made to Shore Excursioneer.
    • Refunds may be subject to a service charge fee as determined by the payment processor, please refer to Terms and Conditions for more information.

The excursion was magnificent, from the beginning to the end. All the crew was friendly and always ready to assist. The boat was not crowded at all we could enjoy and be comfortable. The reefs are more than beautiful. I am happy with my choice and would recommend.

We really enjoy ourselves in this snorkel tour. The sailing was smooth and the crew was amazing. We saw a lot of tropical fishes and a friendly sea turtle show up to say "hi" Rum punch was good!

It was a nice day, the sailing boat is well maintained and it's not overload with passengers, so you can fell comfortable. The crew was very helpful and attentive. The Captain allowed my son to take the wheel for a few minutes and explain how to handle the boat, it really made my little one's day!
